    Great video as allways - thanks! Could you provide us with a link to your source of polypropylene sheet? This kind of material is really hard to find in Europe. And how did you build your spraying-box? It would be great if you could make us a video about that too.

      Polypropylene sheet is also hard to get here recently, but I will check later.
      As for the spray box, I will show you near future.

    good video, very useful, where did you get the polypropylene sheet?

    • @kousakunin2008
      @kousakunin2008  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Exactly. It's hard to get wide size polypropylene sheet.
      You can use Mylar(PET) sheet instead.
      The one of thickness 0.25mm is easy to use. 0.35mm brings better surface but you need to scrape the leading edge of the sheet to fit the 3D curve of wing.

    Excellent video, I was very confuse about this painting transfer. Do you use the 0.75mm polypropylene just for finish, it´s looks better or it has another use?. Could you tell us the paint do you use? is it acrilic? how should I ask at the paint store ? acrlic paint for cars? thank you very much

    • @kousakunin2008
      @kousakunin2008  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      0.75mm polypropylene is for the "Bagging"
      You can see the whole process of bagging on the video bolow.

      As for the paint, they are general acrylic paint for models.

    How long it takes between painting and laminating/bagging? Should the paint be totally dry before you apply CF and epoxy?

    • @kousakunin2008
      @kousakunin2008  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, apply CF and epoxy after the paint dries. Usually several or one week after paint.

    One question, how much vacuum are you pulling?
    Your wings look super smooth, but mine still show some irregular surface even with thicker mylars, I suspect I have too much vacuum...

    • @kousakunin2008
      @kousakunin2008  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think not so strong vacuum pressure is necessary.
      Mine is below(-33.3KPa)
