Have you tried cold plunges for your knees? I run up the highest peaks in my state for sunrise and I have knee issues…. Consistently cold plunging is literally the only thing that’s saved me!! Lots of other added benefits too! Good luck❤
See the physio to see if it's injury related. If not it could be linked to an auto-immune disease. I have an auto-immune disease and a symptom I get is arthritic pain in my knees.
Your knee pain could possibly be a muscle imbalance, which is very common in females because of the angle of our hips. So one side of our quads develops much quicker than the other and that pulls the patella (knee cap) causing “patella femoral pain syndrome”. Physiotherapy is definitely a good part of correcting the imbalance and helping the pain. A physiotherapist can often diagnose the PFPS. Good luck!
I think it’s was like the idea of the desert that was similar, like the toppings, still good for you with the full cream milk and protein etc. I don’t think she was trying to actually make it. ☺️

When you do infrared ask for max temp and for an hour- that’s what I do and I sweaaatttt & it’s meant to go deeper than traditional too

be careful with physio they made my knee worse. Work on your glute strength etc , glute bridges , bird dogs (pressure off the knee exercises)
