I’m having such a hard day today. I feel very depressed. I’m 7 months pregnant and I’m playing catch up on my bills and trying to survive on my checks all while trying to get ready for this baby. I just want to say thank you for always posting when I’m in need of a distraction and while I get ready for my job. Thank you for never stopping on posting and talking about things that make us feel good. Thank you.

Not pregnant and no kids but I’ve also been feeling depressed over the past few weeks.
My first role out of college was relocated in February and I don’t feel supported by my new team.
You're not alone, though please know it gets better, its just one day and moment at a time, and there are outlets and resources to get help and learn techniques like online therapy options and stuff, it has helped me greatly!
Lift you up to Jesus - know that He is your provider and anytime you call on Him, believe with your being and He WILL answer! An angel is on the way to you! Congrats

Thank you for promoting therapy! Mental health and wellbeing is so important, especially in you'r 20's! I've watched your makeup routines this past year and you've often mentioned covering up eczema. I would love if some day if you can be more specific on how you hide it. I have 2 small patches but even my concealer (Nars) fades really fast and I have to reapply. You're the only person who seems to do vids talking about it and I'd love to know if reapplying over eczema is an all day battle or if there's some way to set it so you don't have to carry concealer around you all day. I also find the concealer to be drying so I might just be making things worse! Loving your videos lately, looking forward to next week's!
Try getting Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment from your dermatologist for eczema. It works extremely well!
Alix Earl talks about her skin issues all the time and is so genuine when she does it. She actually engages with her audience. Does not make it all about her.

Olivia -- I would really encourage you to try the Molecular Hydrogen from Cymbiotika! I have Lupus and it has been the only thing to drastically help with my symptoms. You put the tablet in a glass of warm water and drink it on an empty stomach every morning. Maybe ask your doctor about it!

I know you probably wont see this but I truly admire your courage talking about therapy etc. and for the immense anxiety you have had to overcome being in such a public eye and still continuing to do what you love, I used to watch you before school as a distraction from my social anxiety in 2018, I have been in therapy since and it is interesting to see how much we have both changed even though you don't know who I am. Anyway, very proud of you!

Great video, Olivia. Hope your dentist appointment went well. It's not my favorite thing to do because I don't like it when they use that scraper on my teeth. I always worry that they will impale my gums by mistake. Hope you have been enjoying your workouts as well. I work out in the gym myself every Friday evening. I spend 2 hours on the treadmill and then after that, I spend 15 to 20 minutes on the rowing machine over at Legacy Fitness here in Carbondale. I agree with you on the yeast. I got essentially tinea versicolor (overgrowth of yeast) and they say "diet" will not help. But prior to getting that condition, I was eating a crazy amount of sugar. Unfouretnaly I had it on my buttocks (SO FUN!). The itching was so bad, lasted over a month. Stopped for a few weeks (I had surgery, maybe the IV helped it idk lol) then came back. So I did so much research, and whenever your body is reacting to something, its essentially your diet. What you are feeding your body, if it does not react, something will appear on your skin/your body will react in some shape or form. I stopped the sugar, went back to my regular keto/carnivore diet that I've done in the past, and knock on wood, it went away. Totally agree with sugar being the culprit, and yeast def THRIVES off of sugar. Had to share this - because that experience I went through was HELL.
