I don't know what it is, but I always find "Making Of" or "Behind the Scenes" videos about games fascinating. I think it's because you can actually just see how much work goes into them
Same. I wish more developers made these type of videos.
Good lord the very first time I watched this, it didn't make much sense to me. But then looking back at it a few times, it really warms my heart how the developers were very enthusiastic about their new franchise. Gotta love the good old days.
i love how they take the time out to bring these characters to life and im very grateful for it as well now and days we just have people being ungrateful and bashing on everything being it one or just even 3 changes to a character if anything i hope this video shows people how hard they actually work
The developers captured the Australian outback so perfectly from the characters, to clothing, colours, music and environment to the dialect including accents and slang. I've introduced my nephew to Ty 2 and he's developing an appreciation for the bush!
This is such an amazing behind the scenes footage of the game! It really shows how companies back then really put their heart and soul in to making the very best of their games as they possibly can and Krome Studios did a wonderful job on Ty The Tasmanian Tiger!

Watching the development in 2021, this game is still impressive in 2021, EA made good games in the past, like 007 and Harry Potter
Actually... EA PUBLISHED this game. Krome Studios is the one who made this game.
The gameplay in the beginning sure is early stage, I like how Fluffy's fjord boss has the razorback picture at its life.
Not to mention the platform in ship rex, which is not on the final version
It's pretty cool that this game was developed in Australia which makes sense since the game is set in Australia and most of the voice cast are Australian as well
The game had a small controversy because they thought people were pretending to voice act as Australians
@@dcollins8718 which isn't 100% true as Ty was voiced by Australian voice actor Stig Wemyss in the first game and Terry Gill who voiced Maurie was a British born Australian actor
I know 2 of the people in this. I did game testing for them when I was 8

I would have loved to be a part of making a game like this, or crash or spyro, all these really fun games even spongebob bfbb or simpsons hit and run. It just makes me sad that its hard to find companies like these anymore. Never in my life would i want to be a part of call of duty for example
Thats why spongebob bfbb is getting a faithful remake, ty is coming to console with a hardcore mode and crash&spyro got their remasters
