Hi, if I remember correctly there’s a chart in the manual for this. I pick my setting depending on how large the pan I use is. For this small pan I only go up to setting 2 (rarely 3). For larger pans, I cook at 2 on average and 3 if it requires more heat. Hope this helps!

Hello! So far po di ko naman na observe na may inconsistent heat pero hanggang 3 max lang ako palagi. Usually 2 lang kaya di ko rin masabi :)
