Also to clarify the fandom name, nct’s fanbase is called NCTzens but Czennie is used by korean fans as its easier for them to pronounce
To be added, sometimes you may see some people spell Czennies like Seasonies. They all mean NCTzens.

The fandom name is not specificly for NCT dream, all NCT members say czennie and it's like a nickname for us. NCTzen is the official name.

I am going to add on to this that sometimes you can see wayzennie being spelled as wayshennie instead which is more of a transcript from the chinese pronounciation but it is the same thing

21:30 about your question, so in Chinese there are tones (four tones + neutral). So, whenever we pronounce a word with wrong tones even though the word in pinyin is the same, the meaning and the character in writing Hanzi will be different. For example as in the video,
Shí 十 (second tone) means 'ten'
Shì 是 (fourth tone) means 'is/are/was/were/to be'
Sì 四 (fourth tone) means 'four'
The tongue twister in the video is like this:
Sì shì sì, shí shì shí, shí sì shì shí sì, sì shí shì sì shí (四是四，十是十，十四是十四，四十是四十) means 'four is four, ten is ten, fourteen is fourteen, fourty is fourty'
These are the four tones (I'll use the word 'ma' for example)
mā 妈 (1st tone = flat) means 'mom'
má 蟆 (2nd tone = rising) means 'toad'
mă 马 (3rd tone = 'v' shaped) means 'horse'
mà 骂 (4th tone = falling) means 'to scold'

Yup, most dream members are savage but still funny. Watching all of their videos, for me NCT Dream is the funniest unit they naturally make any shows fun. During shows/youtube content, the set needs to be quiet but in shows/content with dream members, we can almost always hear staffs' laughs

31:15 it's real mark graduated back then, also the 00z. But nctzen see chenle and jisung just two of them, it can't be real, so after all dreamies fans begging sm to continue as 7. It's really back to 7. Even the system still rolling up like nct u, but it's only 7 of them do as dreamies.
The 00 line never graduated, they were supposed to but it never happened.

About the Chenle tongue twister one, it's technically Mandarin so some things are spelled the same but they have different intonations for example like 四是四十 ( sì shì sì shí ) means four is forty but they have different intonations, i still struggles with it even though I'm already fluent in the language

In chinese 4 is si, 10 is shi, and "is" is shi with different tone. So 4 is 4(si shi si). 10 is 10(shi shi shi). 14 is 14(shisi shi shisi). 40 is 40(sishi shi sishi).

Mark is still in dream now, he's participated in an nct dream song track that came in 2020 as a b-side tracki in the ot23 album resonance, the song is called deja vu. currently, there's no album or full music video of ot7 dream with mark but he'd rejoined, as sm entertainment has decided to cancel/ stop the graduation system for nct dream (so yes, no more members are graduating from dream!!!)
YESSS NCT Dream! These are our babies for sure! Everyone, no matter what unit you like most, loves the Dreamies this is a fact, I accept no arguments. I’m glad you’re getting to know them now! The Dreamies are super loveable and talented and savage. You’ll be able to pick them out in time too so don’t stress!
First the NCT Dream songs I recommend:

That picture of them in the beginning was real 😭 I can’t believe it exists either, but it’s a classic.
That video of Jeno that looked like a commercial was from the NCT 2018 Yearbook videos (there are 2 videos, that one was specifically #1) You should give those a watch at the need of a video or something they’re SUPER short, but SO high quality and beautifully shot.
And it’s okay accept the bias as he chooses you lmao 😉 A lot of nctzens (including me) have accepted that you really have to have multiple biases in NCT. At least 3 lol one for each unit. Personally mine are Kun (WayV), Taeyong (127) and Jeno but maybe Haechan now lol (Dream)
Haechan LOVES his tan skin and he’s very proud of it and so are we! He frequently talks about loving his skin tone which is refreshing to see.
Czennies/Seasonies is the nickname NCT used to call us! NCTzen is the official term (pronounced as n-citizen), but they use czennies VERY often. WayV fans are officially called WayZennies and so the czennies name also matches with theirs a bit. You might actually see Czennies/Seasonies used WAY more than nctzen lol sorry that we didn’t warn you about that.
Chenle was actually in “From Home” taro with Renjun and Haechan! He has a beautiful higher voice too, but he has great range really. I love his runs. Chenle is super iconic and was actually a child star before joining SM and debuting with NCT. He played at all sorts of high level venues, had an album, released singles and covers and collabs. He acted in dramas and films and even commercials! Chenle is SUPER talented and an icon really who deserves the world. Because despite his background and young age he stays humble and sweet and dedicated to working hard within the team and doing his best! He’s a sweetie pie whose also super introspective and observant. He took over Renjun’s spot as a host on a radio show a few months back and has been killing it! He’s still doing with but did take a break recently and passed it to Kun from WayV for the time being.
In that clip of Jisung, that was Ten next to him! Good job! Once you start exploring NCT content that’s not songs you’ll start to see a LOT of crossover lol because the guys do hang out a lot and interact between units. I actually think that helps with learning them because you’ll get used to seeing their faces without it being in a “unit-specific setting.”
You might know this and might not, but basically take two will be addressing the graduation concept and the changes that have come from that recently lol basically they don’t graduate anymore but the guide will explain!

The graduation system is when they reach 20 korean age. And they counted it on the first day of the year. For example Mark birthdate is 13 Aug 1999, he counted as legal not by his birthday on 13 Aug 2018, but 1 January 2018 at 00.00 a.m.
And Mark officially graduated on 31 December 2018, because it's his last day as 20 korean age.
And because a lot of fans demand, SM decided to take off the graduation system and Mark rejoin them as NCT Dream. It just there will be rotation system like NCT U between the 7 members in the future.

Okay so Chinese is a tonal language. So the Mandarin tongue twister they were doing with the numbers related to 4, they were changing just slightly changing the pronunciation. Chinese contains 4 tones which change the meaning of words. Like the word ‘ma’ has 4 different meanings depending on the tone used. It’s a really interesting language to research honestly. Since it was a Mandarin tongue twister, Lucas was struggling a little because his mother tongue is Cantonese which is another Chinese language. Mandarin and Cantonese are related but they are not mutually intelligible (basically if one person is speaking Cantonese and one person is speaking mandarin, they will not be able to understand each other)

As someone born in '93, I agree, anyone born after 2000 is just a CHILD to me. No matter how old they are. Like my youngest sister is also born in '01 and while she's technically a legal adult now, I still think she's like 12.

To clarify things about Dream, they debuted with 7 members and had a admission-graduation system to follow. The first one to graduate is Mark (2018) and left Dream with 6 members. On 2019, 4 more members should graduate on Dream but SM made a statement that there will be no graduation system because if that happens, only 2 members will be left on Dream (Chenle & Jisung). So Dream will have fixed members now and Mark will be back in Dream (although he graduated). Their first comeback with 7 members is from 2020, they released Deja Vu and that is the first COMPLETE comeback of 7 members after their debut Chewing Gum and Go (before mark graduates).

My First and Last - NCT got their first win on this song (6 members only, Jaemin is on hiatus)
We Young - (still with 6 members because Jaemin is still on hiatus)
Go - (this is their 2018 comeback promotion and they've switch songs/concepts with NCT 127 because Dream songs are cute-sy and lively but this comeback is heavy and I think this is the turning point from teenage to becoming adults). Complete 7 members (Jaemin is back)
Boom - their first comeback without Mark
Deja Vu - complete member line up + the return of Mark
Since you watched the first clip, it reminds me when I cried after Mark’s graduation from NCT Dream. Even Mark himself cried (Haechan too). I remember for the Dream Show Tour Haechan said when they perform live on stage, it made him miss Mark even more. But yeah now they get back together.
you should watch a trigger the fever stage! (either the stage at their we young showcase or the stage mix that has over 300k views :D)
they completely got rid of the whole graduation concept last year (2020) because fans hated it. So mark is back in nct dream again and no members will ever have to leave. it's explained better in the updated version of this guide

When you react to their videos you should watch chewing gum and go (in this order) cause it shows when they started to mature their song along with their ages. And when go was released everyone was in shock cause jaemin literally went from the chewing gum cute/innocent concept to go.

Its a tongue twister in chinese... chinese language maybe have a same word but have same syllable but to differentiate it, it has to be spoke with different tones... there are 4 tones in chinese... correct me if im wrong or add anything that will support this...
