Ok... I looked this up bc my mom used to do beef and pork roast in the stove top, basically fried in vegetable oil 😂 she’d just keep turning it until it started to fall apart. I miss the pork roast most of all. Wanna try this
I love your version. I stuff my roast with garlic ,bellpeper and fresh thyme with tabasco Chile's
