my favourite thing in MMOs and ARPG's has been to chase unusual off-meta builds so I'm absolutely loving your channel so far. I'd love to see your take on the Chober Chaber great hammer for a minion build, i'm thinking of trying it alongside Jarngreipr gloves to eliminate the int requirements.
interesting, i always thought Chober Chaber is more for a melee build utilizing minion tech somewhere because there are much better way to scale minions. But yea, that's what I think
love these adventurous builds. i was cooking up something vaguely similar with those same uniques. my angle was frenzy charge spiral volley and flame wall (with the support that made it circular to catch all the arrows) to cause the herald interaction + refill frenzy charges. barrage and snipe for bosses. hope they add fire bow skills at some point so i don't have to diy haha.
yep that's really the fun part of the game for me :D Also your build seems quite interesting too, it sounds good in theory. Flame arrows, maybe go into ignite or something. There have been a guy doing it for bleed, but with ignite, you could potentially do some fun stuff with the ignite piercing quiver

Awesome build, just started a slow magnitude Chrono and might try this out I also think adding Fortress support to Frost Wall might increase the AoE overlap if you can get them around the boss

Just changed my chrono to this earlier. if you don't already have a body and neck with high spirit, you're probably looking at around 140ish exalted since the body/neck are going for quite a bit.
Have you considered using 3 dragons helmet instead of the blueflame bracers? 3 dragons would allow you to shock freeze and ignite with build and helps with magnitude. This would in theory open your build up to using howa potentially(you are traveling far across board so seems like you have decent amount of attributes) or at least gloves with more attack speed and resistances plus 3 dragons comes with all resistance which is nice.
Does the area of effect stacking from items (jewels/passives) also effect the radii of Blasphemy? Or is that only affected via the socketed gems in it?
You seem to realy like converting stuff into ice ! One concern with this and your Gemling build is fact that Freeze effect( and stun) are likely to be on the nerf list ( for bosses) due to some dummy builds abusing it to the point of gamebreak.
not sure for what I should go for, this or the demon form, tbh the demon form seems a lot cooler but but my only worry is that the helmet trick might get hotfixed

@LazyExile vine arrow!? Not seen that yet, Was thinking of a tech where you use chrono freeze time and pair with comet or snipe for high damage and try and maximise time frozen and reset abilities to freeze time again
i quickly touch on how it works in the intro of this video, but don't want to make it into the core mechanic because it's quite niche and only works for bossing pretty much
Another question: what do you recommend for levelling? Standard Spark and then switch / respec around lvl 65? Did you use a levelling tree or went straight the route you took for the end?
Is this guide still legit? I know they nerf its single target damage, but I still wanna try it for mapping. So are all the gears and talent tree pathing shown here still viable If I wanna go with this build?
I have an update for the siege cascade build in the current patch. It's very good and strong for mapping still, but will require deep investment for pinnacle bossing
you would miss out on the explosion chain, you could spec into avatar of fire, go full ignite and make do with explosive impact, herald of ash maybe? but that's a maybe

Was trying similar build with merc - glacial bolt+sieg cascade, but it's too slow for breach and ritual, no time for combos. Funny how any other class is better with xbows than merc.
you don't get siege cascade until level 54 I think? so you'll level with something else. I suggest either bow or try my pillar of the cage god leveling build
kinda have the highlight there though, and ended with a showcase so I dont waste people time. If they like and think the build is interesting enough, they can watch the full showcase (which is usually long due to map in poe 2)

it doesn't cost 140ish ex, I bought both the amulet and body armour for about 30 40 ex maybe, could be even cheaper if you're willing to look
as someone who played a mace-wielding chronomancer, i approve! chronomancers were not meant to purely focus on elemental magic ;)

you can tweak it for other setup, gemling might be better since you have access to good support gem twice, and could go into int stack

gemling could works quite as well with some other scaling vector I guess
