I had a feeling why the last video was taken down. Thanks for uploading a new Rob. I'm always looking forward to your videos. For me it's just the ASMR feel of the videos and your personality with the customers 😊. Watching all the way from Malaysia!
One suggestion I have is a paper roll holder with a blade attached to it. There’s one on Uline and it may be worth it in the long run. I also feel like that paper cutting is an accident waiting to happen. Every slice gives me flashbacks. Lmao
do you know what brand tape that is? you make it look so good lol. i use regular clear duck brand tape etc whatever i can get my hands on. the tape you use seems to be perfect and doesnt have any of the problems the kind i use has like tearing issues etc when using the tape gun. where is slivers into a few pieces because its cheap
hey Blue! I use the brand Adhes Tape Technology. I only use the 3" width and each roll is 110 yards. Best tape for the money hands down. Thanks for watching!
Good Video...i rather have things extra wrapped/padded up when shippin so things don't break....now if we could get the fedex delivery drivers to knock when put a hello fresh box on the porch it be awesome...it too hot to sit outside when i dunno when its gonna get delivered

The oddest item I ever packed was a water balloon. It was filled and it arrived without issue. I am sure the customer had their reason, but I did not ask. Those papers are our shipping forms. The customer when paying to ship an item with us will provide their name/phone/email, and then the recipient's name/address/phone. We then put weight/dims/service/price/insurance etc on the lower portion. We print labels based on what the customer writes on these forms. Thanks so much for watching!

Why not have an custom fedex tape instead of the brown tape.
They ship through ups, usps, fedex,dhl ect…. It needs to be a neutral tape
dank is right, we use all carriers. Plus that is not supplied by Fedex, so it would be $$. Last, I really like the tape we use.
