I've been using two SG90s as motors for a small tracked vehicle. can't get quite as accurate throttle control as with proper motors but it's manageable.

Can you share dimensions for the centre's of all three gears. I am unable to get that exactly.
It's difficult to measure the size of geers, it's around 10mm diameter, you can get it from a SG90 servo
I can cut VR on servo board?
yes. But to make it work stable, need to add 2 resistors with same value to balance it.
What axle diameter are you using?
It's about 1.8mm, the original axle from that toy car.
Take the 360 Version of the servo with no Poti
You are right! This look smaller if we use a 360 version
