I had two little edges bend on my lid so I had to use some sharp tools to cut off those two bent teeth. If you look closely the lid has little latching teeth.

Hello! Our printers use ZINK technology which requires zero ink. All you have to do is refill your printer would our ZINK paper whenever you run out and you will be good to go!

Printer keeps saying out of paper. Blue paper is at the bottom, we gently cleaned the rollers. Not sure what else to do.
