Bought printer on line. I couldn’t read the directions because the print is way too small. Looked up instructions on line for some help. Came across this video and it was wonderful! I worked for IBM for 30 years, and my husband worked for Kodak. This is a great tutorial video! I love the printer! Made me happy that i found the video. I’m 70 years old and a little slower than i used to be. I wasn’t sure i could set it up, but it was easy with this video. Thank you so much!
Thanks for the help, BTW, you touched the shiny side of the paper multiple times. This transfers finger oils and dirt to the paper, mucking up those areas so color does not transfer well. Just saying from er uh the same experience.
I use to have an older kodak dock printer. You use to be able to up load 50 pic to it and you could print all of them. It was not that noisy. And it printed faster

Very good video. I'm very happy with my printer. I wish it had a better instruction booklet however. I'm trying to print wallet size pics with no luck.
My photos aren't printing, it's just shooting out the paper saying it's not recognizing the paper, but it came with the paper. Any troubleshooting advice? Also I notice the ink cartridge that comes with printer has a yellow film but the extra cartridges have a clear film...can you help?

HELP!!! I’ve given app access to my photos but it keeps asking for access. How do I resolve this issue? Do I need to uninstall the app and then install it again?
He mentioned in the video, that the cost is 30 cents per sheet, but we need to know how many sheets we can print using one cartridge then we can calculate ourselves.
@@BestPrinters Thank you for the reply it must of been something wrong with the ink even tho it was brand new cause I had bought extra ink and switched it out and I could print alot more
I know this was 6 months ago but on the off chance you're still wondering the cartridge that comes with it is just for testing it out. Mine only did 8. When you get a box of paper and a new cartridge it'll be full of ink and print however many it's supposed to. I know some people have had complaints but I don't. Haven't had any problems with mine so far, knock on wood.

It does not fit the image in the border or at least let you move the border to get what part of the photo you want in there. There is no reason for this.
This android and ios Port is crap! That stress the Port in the phone and goes over time to be Bad and then need to replace. No Black ink! That's a clear overlay. When you look on tge ink cartridge you see that it is clear

How long does it take to do the update? I let it sit for 30 mins and the “wheel” on the app just kept spinning 😂
It really depends for some it might be a shorter period for others. It might be longer.

Return for a new unit asap. Sounds like a faulty unit.

Its really just one main size.
It has to upgrade the firmware to work, Kodak removed the firmware and it has no option to not upgrade. What to do?

Starter cartridge is 10 prints. Regular cartridge is 40.
I know depending on how much color in the picture, but how many pictures do you guesstimate on printing per cartridge? just an average guess. thanks

Does your phone have to be connected or can it print from Bluetooth?
It does. I was stranded when printing with any iPhone+ as the plug that comes with it isn’t compatible. I dared to use Bluetooth & it worked perfectly

Hey I just got mine today and it only printed 7 photos then said It was out of ink is this normal?
You should have been able to print more than 7. That is not normal.
