I have the Shark ION robot , i like the robot but absolutely hate the app because it doesn't work 90% of the time and with every update it gets worse and worse because the company doesn't listen to customers reviews or remarks about the app.
I just bought a Ion R76, just got it today. Spent 2 hours trying to get it hooked up to the app. Watched this video and I can only get so far in the app and it won't hook up to my machine. I am taking back and getting another Eufy.
Terrible app. Unit disconnects from wifi from day to day and then no way to find how to reconnect in the app. Nothing in there about wifi, like in other apps.
yeah you have to reset the wifi, I think if you hold down both buttons it will reset the wifi and you will have to start from the beginning to connect it to wifi

It is really hard to connect. Over and over I am getting really tired of this

Can you use it without the app just set a schedule and let it go? We don't have Wi-Fi or internet at our house just on our phones!
Yes you can just hit the clean button on the unit and it will clean. not sure if you can set a schedule without wifi, i don't think so.
Changed my WIFI PW now can't reconnect my unit.😢
