Man out of all the cliffe videos I have seen this one blew me away. He had the audience speechless at the end, you could really feel Jesus presence with him as he spoke from his heart.
What you’re seeing and hearing and being captivated by is the Holy Spirit that lives inside and guides Pastor Cliffes every thought, word, and deed by way of his voluntarily submitting to the Spirit each and every day. Cliffe would say about his life, apart from The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit I am nothing good.
This student exposed the ridiculousness of religion, much more christianity. Because all Cliffe does is advocates for a style of living he agrees with. Cuz religion is all about a way of living/ a culture and also a political tool bcs it's used to control a set of people. It teaches good but the proof that your truth is the truth cant be proved by any religion. They are all just concepts of people's idea of "God", if there is!
@@mdmishfaqahmed2138 Luke 4:18-19, Jesus reads from the scroll of Isaiah in the synagogue : "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor." This passage is a declaration of Jesus’ mission, emphasizing liberation and restoration. The term "oppressed" in this context refers broadly to those who suffer under various forms of bondage-spiritual, social, and physical. It aligns with a message of freedom and dignity for all people. In the first-century context, slavery was a widespread societal norm, but Jesus’ teachings often challenged systems of injustice and inequality. Early Christian communities reflected this by promoting spiritual equality (e.g., Galatians 3:28: "There is neither slave nor free, for you are all one in Christ Jesus"). Over time, these principles inspired abolitionist movements that sought to end slavery. Thus, while Jesus’ mission included all who are oppressed, including slaves, his focus was transformative at both spiritual and societal levels.

@danielmullings3600the point is he doesnt need anyone. He doesnt need Cliffe. But saintly men like him do it anyway not for fame or for recognition or for good tidings from God but just for the sake of saving other souls

No talking?, just silent, listening and respectful, those people probably want help to get closer to Christ or one of them are atheist who are desperate of finding Christ
I love how a Cliffe is honest. Constantly pointing people to Christ...he is not reliable but Christ is. "The validity of faith is not determined by passion or sincerity but it is valid by the credibility of the the object that you believe in." This by far is my favorite video. So much to dissect!
Why is he afraid of saying there aren't any contradictions in the Bible, I'll say it, there are absolutely 0 (Zero) contradictions, not a single contradiction in the Bible, none
then you should be able to answer these questions, andres: what did mary see in the tomb garden? who was first into the tomb? will this god punish people for things they didn't do or not?
@velkyn1 if you don't mind, I would like to try to answer this. Both Mary's saw an angel at the tomb with it rolled away and telling them that Jesus was no longer here but has risen The disciples were the first ones in the tomb as both Mary's went back to them after being told by an angel God will not punish you for something you didn't do, though we are all sinners, we will all be judge differently based on how we lived our lives with or without believing. PS my answers come from personal experience and reading the NIV version of the Bible as its the only one I have at the moment.
@@Taitui808 Curious how your bible says otherwise, Tait. This is what the gospel of John has: "arly on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the tomb. 2 So she ran and went to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved, and said to them, ‘They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid him.’ 3 Then Peter and the other disciple set out and went towards the tomb. 4 The two were running together, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first. 5 He bent down to look in and saw the linen wrappings lying there, but he did not go in. 6 Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb. He saw the linen wrappings lying there, 7 and the cloth that had been on Jesus’ head, not lying with the linen wrappings but rolled up in a place by itself. 8 Then the other disciple, who reached the tomb first, also went in, and he saw and believed; 9 for as yet they did not understand the scripture, that he must rise from the dead. 10 Then the disciples returned to their homes." so your claim that both marys were there is wrong. Mary M just saw the stone removed, no angel. Peter was the first in since the other disciple stayed outside and went in after Peter. the gospel of Luke has: "ut on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they came to the tomb, taking the spices that they had prepared. 2 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3 but when they went in, they did not find the body.[a] 4 While they were perplexed about this, suddenly two men in dazzling clothes stood beside them. 5 The women[b] were terrified and bowed their faces to the ground, but the men[c] said to them, ‘Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen.[d] 6 Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, 7 that the Son of Man must be handed over to sinners, and be crucified, and on the third day rise again.’ 8 Then they remembered his words, 9 and returning from the tomb, they told all this to the eleven and to all the rest. 10 Now it was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women with them who told this to the apostles. 11 But these words seemed to them an idle tale, and they did not believe them. 12 But Peter got up and ran to the tomb; stooping and looking in, he saw the linen cloths by themselves; then he went home, amazed at what had happened." so there are women, including Mary and Mary M, which is not what you claim. They found the stone rolled away. Two men were in the tomb with them, not one angel. Peter went to the tomb alone and did not enter. The gospel of Mark says: "When the sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices, so that they might go and anoint him. 2 And very early on the first day of the week, when the sun had risen, they went to the tomb. 3 They had been saying to one another, ‘Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?’ 4 When they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had already been rolled back. 5 As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man, dressed in a white robe, sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed. 6 But he said to them, ‘Do not be alarmed; you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has been raised; he is not here. Look, there is the place they laid him. 7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter that he is going ahead of you to Galilee; there you will see him, just as he told you.’ 8 So they went out and fled from the tomb, for terror and amazement had seized them; and they said nothing to anyone, for they were afrai" all other verses after this were added much later. So, we have the women arriving, seeing the stone already moved. Then they saw a single man in the tomb, not two and no angels. The women tell no one about this and so the disciples don't come at all. I'll continue in part 2.
@@Taitui808 part 2. And finally we come to Matthew: "After the sabbath, as the first day of the week was dawning, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to see the tomb. 2 And suddenly there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord, descending from heaven, came and rolled back the stone and sat on it. 3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothing white as snow. 4 For fear of him the guards shook and became like dead men. 5 But the angel said to the women, ‘Do not be afraid; I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. 6 He is not here; for he has been raised, as he said. Come, see the place where he[a] lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples, “He has been raised from the dead,[b] and indeed he is going ahead of you to Galilee; there you will see him.” This is my message for you.’ 8 So they left the tomb quickly with fear and great joy, and ran to tell his disciples. 9 Suddenly Jesus met them and said, ‘Greetings!’ And they came to him, took hold of his feet, and worshipped him. 10 Then Jesus said to them, ‘Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.’" So only two women come, and saw the stone being rolled back by an angel, which the others contradict. There are guards, which don't show up in any other gospel. It seems that Mary and Mary somehow either enter the tomb or at least look in. And meet Jesus directly, touching him. The disciples never show up. Per John, he cannot be touched at all and that Mary M is alone when she sees jesus, being unable to recognize him. You aren't doing well, Tait. This god repeatedly punishes people for what they didn't do: " For you did it secretly; but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.’ 13 David said to Nathan, ‘I have sinned against the Lord.’ Nathan said to David, ‘Now the Lord has put away your sin; you shall not die. 14 Nevertheless, because by this deed you have utterly scorned the Lord,[a] the child that is born to you shall die.’ 15 Then Nathan went to his house. The Lord struck the child that Uriah’s wife bore to David, and it became very ill. 16 David therefore pleaded with God for the child; David fasted, and went in and lay all night on the ground. 17 The elders of his house stood beside him, urging him to rise from the ground; but he would not, nor did he eat food with them. 18 On the seventh day the child died. " 2 Samuel 12 "29 At midnight the Lord struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the prisoner who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the livestock. 30 Pharaoh arose in the night, he and all his officials and all the Egyptians; and there was a loud cry in Egypt, for there was not a house without someone dead. " Exodus 12 "5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me, 6 but showing steadfast love to the thousandth generation[b] of those who love me and keep my commandments." Exodus 20 and we can't forget about original sin "17 If, because of the one man’s trespass, death exercised dominion through that one, much more surely will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness exercise dominion in life through the one man, Jesus Christ." Romans 5 curious how this god also says it would never do this: "16 Parents shall not be put to death for their children, nor shall children be put to death for their parents; only for their own crimes may persons be put to death." Deut 24 "18 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 What do you mean by repeating this proverb concerning the land of Israel, ‘The parents have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge’? 3 As I live, says the Lord God, this proverb shall no more be used by you in Israel. 4 Know that all lives are mine; the life of the parent as well as the life of the child is mine: it is only the person who sins that shall die." Ezekiel 18 If you'd like to look at other bible versions, I definitely recommend the biblegateway website. It has quite a few different versions and you can search by chapter and verse and by keyword.
I totally agree with that line 1000%, I follow Lord Jesus Christ not Christianity. Christianity is a false materialistic institutionalized version of the gospels 😮
This is an excellent video of dialogue between between two people about faith and Cliffe's evidence of Jesus Christ. I have watched a lot of Cliffe video teachings. What is amazing to me is the cultural difference? Just watch the audience and how this man asks and answer the question . Everyone in this video is polite and attentive . The audience was listening there was not interruption or shouting. Also, in this entire video not one person had a cell phone or looking at one, so this was pre-cell phones. When you watch the video progression of Cliffe interaction you will start to see a change in peoples interaction with him. I am just amazed as a culture how things have changed in our interaction, politeness and self entitlement. Romans 12:2
@@silive4067 I'm not "Withholding" anything that can be researched. I agree with everything Cliffe says apart from with the crusades. They were very much needed. American today might not be Christian without the crusades
By showing that he (cliffe) also has his shortcomings in his sanctification process towards the end of the video, lets the fellow understand that cliffe is not perfect and still a sinner just like himself.
@@ericscaillet2232 Which one of his life philosophies are up side down? Do you know him personally? I think Cliff is right on point he doesn’t follow Christ because he’s good , he follows Christ because he isn’t. This is what I have learned from following Christ: if you aren’t honest and admit you are wrong and that your heart can be deceitful and wicked you won’t follow God. Jesus Christ is like a two edged sword , He cuts into your sin going down and coming up. If you are arrogant and full of yourself, you won’t search for God through Jesus Christ.
"The object of my faith is reliable" you can feel the Holy Spirit in that. The object of our faith is Jesus. It doesnt get better or more simple than that
There are many skeptics and atheists that went in search of gotcha moments that ended up being Christians. The fact that he’s inquisitive, regardless of motive, could be a good thing.
These are my favorite Cliffe encounters...arrogant and shallow person (who has no idea how arrogant and shallow they are) bump up against Cliffe (who is full of patience and wisdom)...
The young man was polite and humble and so was Cliffe, let's not call people arrogant and shallow for holding different opinions. He brought up a great point about Islam, Cliffe claims Jesus is more reliable but Muslims would claim Mohammad is more reliable. From a historical consensus, Mohammad is 100% more historically reliable. And from a textual analysis perspective the Quaran has been preserved better than the bible and doesn't have vastly different versions such as the DSS and the LXX versions.
I must say that this video of Cliffe hit hard for some reason. His arguments are so simple and easy to get - beautiful. You can also see how many potential souls he let the Holy Spirit save through him.
I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, before that I was a follower of Bertrand Russell. I was a sinner now I'm a repented sinner, big difference. A repented sinner qualifies for sanctification a plain sinner for damnation. And the more I learn about Jesus I find out how to define myself before him: a slave of his, worthless servant, hungry and thirstier for righteousness,a soul in great need of his Grace and dependency of God. Therefore I need to obey Him, praise Him, love Him, pray to Him, live for Him. That implies forget about me. Stop being loving myself.
Young guy asked about contradiction? Cliffe gave him perfect examples of "contradiction" that is NOT a contradiction. And yet he still kept asking about contradiction. I say the problem is we make it complicated for ourselves. Jesus is simple. Life is simple and should be simple. If we are making it complicated, we are doing it wrong.
the student brings up muhammad and reliability in the same breath…. that shows you how little these people actually know or understand about these religions and their historicity
Cliff, your donation of money will never compare to the fact that you are donating your entire "life Savings" worth of morality to anyone and everyone that is willing to just accept it. it seems as that is the only donation that even if you were fooled into the reason for the donation, could not be ultimately be miss used for some type of evil like a physical donation could. The trouble with protestant preaching of the Gospel is that it separates Christ from his Church, which is his mystical body following his resurrection and ascension.
No, the protestants have it right! It’s all about Jesus, it’s not about the church! The church doesn’t save anybody, Jesus does! The true church includes all those that have been saved by the savior, Jesus! Any questions?

I love it when smart young people ask questions like this-it shows they are really searching for the truth. Its so cute.. But think about it: if you're smart enough, how could a book, written by over 40 people with no communication devices, be so precise? They didn’t meet each other, and some didn’t even know each other. I mean, even in today’s world, you can't replicate such precision without the help of communication tools. That’s why Zoom was created-to gather people, discuss topics, agree on them, and then write. Imagine not having that, but still managing to be so consistent with one belief. 🤷 I mean, you're too smart not to notice that, right?
The truth is not about religions, it's about God and men. Jesus Christ said religion is not the way, I am the way. Jesus Christ said he who does the will of my father in heaven is of my kingdom.
@@jonmilton3178 Christianity as a belief, as a religion has been used to justify horrors. There are many Christian hypocrites, many people who use the bible to convince themselves and others of how okay it is to do things that are clearly not good. Believing in Jesus, as a person... Having a relationship with him, trusting him and therefore following his advice, as it's said I'm the bible, as the son of God IS good. That's why you can't put your faith in Christianity, but you can put it in Jesus himself.
@jonmilton3178 Trusting the person that the source originated from (Jesus) is better than trusting the society that could possibly misrepresent him (Christianity). True Christians are people who follow Jesus, but they can still make mistakes about what he taught. You can't expect people to be perfect representatives of God, because we are very fallible. It is for that reason that it is foolish to trust Christianity. You can be a part of it, but you can't trust it to always make the right decisions. Jesus is different from that: he will always make the right decision (infalliable). Think of the recent S. Korea martial law emergency. The citizens are a part of government, and they reapply the benefits, but they must realize that government is run by flawed people and is inherently flawed, just like Christianity. But, if an God exists, then it is only natural to know that He won't mess up, and you can trust Him.
Yes what he means by that is a good thing can be perverted or misinterpreted he wants to look at Jesus not Christianity because Christianity has been used for the wrong reasons to justify the wrong things
@@jonmilton3178 Jesus Christ very much is different from American Christianity. One example being, there are some American churches that would automatically make judgements and pre-conceived notions about someone's clothing or appearance which isn't very Christ-like. Yet, if you go into the bible, you'll find verses like 1 Samuel 16:7. (But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.”).
Get the whole world. Lose your own soul. You cannot hold the world. You will lose it. You can hold to Jesus and you will have him forever. Get your education, but trust Christ NOW and ensure your ETERNAL SAFETY.

This is insane. The point could have been made so much sooner with scripture. Why Christianity over other religions? Because Christ said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." - John 14:6 It really is that simple.
3:45 Giving every religion an equal chance would be the definition of objective. Notice when Cliffe goes onto explain how it would be impossible he adds in "world view and philosophy" in to make it impossible.
That’s because the world view and philosophy associated with the different religions is vital in understanding the religion as a whole. It’s basically contextualization for beliefs
Zechariah 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. A passage in the Old Testament that shows that God is Jesus. God said that he who pierced me (God) will mourn for him (Jesus).
Where did Matthew, Mark, Luke and John claim Jesus to be God? Which biblical passages? Are there any biblical passages which say Jesus was not God? Are we reading the disciples words in their own language today? Or are we reading them in a translated language, English? Do translators or publishers ever have an agenda? You may think from all my questions that I am against Christianity. I am not. I am a believer. I do not think that it is necessary to say "Jesus was God" in order to promote the truth of Christianity. We should ask- Why are there differences between faiths and philosophies? What made Muhammad (wikipedia spelling) write (or speak) the things he did? Were there wars in his area of the world? Was there an attempt to convert him and his people? If so, did he think that the phrase "Son of God" meant "from the tribe of God"? Was he thinking Christianity was about ethnicity? Jesus did not think that. (Matthew 23:9) What was common between Israel and Arabia? In Israel during Jesus time the Romans were there. Rome was occupying it visibly. Rome had been in an expansion mode for a long time. Has that stopped? Or has it just gone underground? In order for people to unite, some issues need to be resolved. Can we prove the existence of God if we can not see God? (John 1:18, 1 John 4:12). Do holy people expect their followers to prove God's existence in their own life? If we can not see God how do we prove God exists? (Revelation 1:4) Can something unseeable be practical in our life? Is God practical to us today? Does believing God is the "big guy in the sky" make God practical? St. Paul apparently wanted the Thessalonian church people to "prove all things". (5:21) The Bible had not been codified yet. What Thessalonia had was the sermons of Paul and this first letter. And yet Paul was saying, prove what I say. Imagine that? God and his power and wisdom (Christ- 1 Corinthians 1:24) was practical, provable! Don't we need a better definition of God than "the big guy in the sky"?
There are a plethora of apparent contradictions in the Bible. There are no irreconcilable contradictions in the Bible. @chrisiancorneliowijaya3009 The number of horses in David's(?) stable. If I'm remembering correctly, one book says there are so many, and another book says there are different many. This is an apparent contradiction until you look into it and see that they are reconcilable.

Most people don't realize Jesus called himself "Son of Man" over 80 times, but never directly said "I am God." The strongest divine claims only appear in John's Gospel (written 60+ years after Jesus died), while the earliest Gospel (Mark) presents a much more human Jesus. Even the title "Son of God" was commonly used for kings and righteous people in ancient Judaism without meaning literal divinity. The evidence suggests Jesus's teachings focused on the Kingdom of God, not claiming to be God himself. Early Jewish followers of Jesus, like the Ebionites, saw him as human, not divine - makes you think! 🤔
Jesus said before Abraham was I am! It was the exact same title that God gave himself when Moses asked who shall I tell them sent me! And the Jews took up stones because they said you were a man in your claiming yourself to be God! And if you read the Old Testament, it clearly says Jesus is God and Isaiah! And his name shall be called wonderful, counselor, the mighty God, the everlasting father, The prince of peace! Son of man is a covenant term! In a blood covenant names were exchanged as well as titles! To as many that have received him to them. He gave the right to be called sons of God that’s us! So Jesus was the son of God who became amen thus the son of man and we were sons of men that because of what Jesus did allowed us to be called sons of God! And Thomas meltdown before him and said my Lord and my God! It’s just as important what other people say about him! Peter said, thou or the Christ, the son of the living God! This is all elementary, but you have to read?
By the year 200 the Bible was translated to 7 languages By the year 500 it was translatad to 13 languages By the year 900 it was translatad to 17 Languages By the year 1400 it was translatad to 28 Languages By the year 1800 it was translatad to 60 Languages By the year 1900 it was translatad to 500 Languages By Now it has been translated to 2350 Languages
I mean there were no phones back then to translate the Bible, of course they have to translate the Bible with multiple languages so other people around the world can read the Bible with their own language
And we can still read it in the original language, and thats good! It means bible is not for one nation with one language, its for all nation and all language to read
One more thing that is missed is that there is no other name in the world others that Jesus that you can see miracles happen, and that Muslim religion is about doing evil and millions and millions of people are turning there way from the Muslim religion and they accept Jesus.

Talk to any learned representative (like cliffe) of any religion and they will tell you that their religious texts are more trustworthy and true than others. Well, there might be a god (no one can disprove that as of now…) but who exactly is that god also no body can prove. There are thousands of figures which different religions believe to be god. So, one can believe in god but should be open to the fact that they dont know who exactly is that god.

Yes, the most important saying and central most important thing is Jesus! However, in this particular debate, if one does not accept the answer that Jesus was God in the flesh shed his blood and died on a cross for our sins, and rose from the dead, what other distinction can be made to convince somebody that it’s not just another form of religion? in fact, what would convince anyone to want to become a Christian, just the right correct information? The answer is no and yes. Unfortunately, Cliff misses one of the most important points and that is it’s a salvation is a free gift from God, not based on your performance, but based on what God gave, and what Jesus did, based on the performance of Jesus! That he paid the penalty for our sins! No other religion on the face of the Earth does that! In fact, Islam teaches every man she’ll pay for his own sin! Every other religion Catholicism, all of it is based on the person’s performance, which is actually based on the 10 Commandments do good. Get good. Do bad get bad you get what you deserve! Perhaps u can’t believe because u feel there is a “lack of evidence” for Jesus. Well, let me share some. Dr. Gary Habermas (PHD historian) has many videos (and books) on the historical evidence for the resurrection of Jesus. They are very informative. He spent years researching data from both inside and outside of the Bible as well as looking at data & conclusions from other PHD historians. He is a university professor. He originally was an atheist but converted to Christianity after his research. He felt that the evidence for the resurrection being true far outweighed the data implying it was false. 1 hr 20 min. th-cam.com/video/ay_Db4RwZ_M/w-d-xo.htmlsi=8L1ZH_EyoX63DlUd Dr. Craig S. Keener wrote a book called “Miracles Today” where he talks about the power of prayer: how people are being healed (and demons being cast out) by the Holy Spirit in Jesus’ name. Christian missionaries all over the world witness (and take part in) these events daily. This is huge is India and Africa where villages have shamans as their spiritual leaders. When someone who has been blind since birth is healed by a missionary using the power of the Holy Spirt, people in that village are extremely open to hearing about the gospel. The book specifically documents medical miracles. It shows before and after images, along with medically documented spontaneous cures. There is rigorous documentation & affidavits written by medical professionals. There are also tons of videos and testimonies out there about how people (many of them were atheists) that had a personal encounter with Jesus. Their lives were dramatically changed after that. It had such an impact that even years later when they talk about it, they get emotional. I’ll list some examples here. It's not about Christianity , it's about jesus being God and that he is our savior. Jesus said nobody goes to God, first they have to come to me. U belive in what u want but only one is Wright and the others is wrong. In judgement it will be used against u for not believing. Therefore I will take my chance in believing that Jesus is our lord. Greetings, Loved Ones! Cliffe made a mistake in this video! Father, LORD GOD, and Lord God Immanuel Christ do not say that money is good in the Bible! Money is Not good and is of the Devil! Christ said, "Render unto Caesar, the things of Caesar (tax money), and the things of God, to God."! Money is not good because it is not of God! The Kingdom of Heaven does not use money! The coming Kingdom of God, to be established on the Earth, is the good news of the gospel of Lord Immanuel Christ, and will not use money in the operations of the world, in the future! Money is of the Devil's construct, to cause strife and chaos on the Earth! Money is selfishly used by humans to control other humans and to express pride and arrogance, and results in and promotes much of the sinful behaviors in mankind, which is the cause of increased hatred and evil in the world, from crimes to suicides and thefts to murders! As Christians, we are to promote Christ's government of a no-money system on the Earth! Christ prophesied that the Kingdom of GOD will fill the whole Earth and that there wont be any need for any nations in the world anymore, for everyone will be producing and sharing with one another in a fair and equal distribution, without the use of money! But, this will happen after the last great tribulation of the later generation, because of the money system, hatreds, selfishness and prejudices which are still in the world! After the last great tribulation, many nations will worship God, and those nations who refuse to accept God and Christ, as the ruler of this Earth, will not receive any rain in due season, physically and spiritually! Love one another and share with one another after the great tribulation of the later days, including with other nations, peoples and tongues! Love, LORD GOD YAHUVAH/YEHOVAH, Lord God Yah Immanuel Christ, and Me! VJS/King David, prophet of LORD GOD and Lord God Immanuel, reincarnated, as per Jeremiah 30, verses 7 through 11! King David's Psalm 110, verse 1: "My LORD said to my Lord (Christ), sit at My right hand, till I make Your (Christ's) enemies Your footstool."! 12-03-2024!
1 Timothy 6:10 for the love of money is the root of all evil…. It’s not money itself, it’s the LOVE of it(he then goes on to speak about coveting it). Men have made an idol of money and all the sin and greed and gluttony etc that it can bring to a soul.

Cyrus the Great: abolished slavery.
Jesus: " Slave rot and die under your master even if he is a drunkard maniac."
@@mdmishfaqahmed2138 Luke 4:18-19, Jesus reads from the scroll of Isaiah in the synagogue :
"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives
and recovering of sight to the blind,
to set at liberty those who are oppressed,
to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor."
This passage is a declaration of Jesus’ mission, emphasizing liberation and restoration.

Why is he afraid of saying there aren't any contradictions in the Bible, I'll say it, there are absolutely 0 (Zero) contradictions, not a single contradiction in the Bible, none
@AgnosticThinker no contradiction spotted whatsoever
then you should be able to answer these questions, andres:
what did mary see in the tomb garden?
who was first into the tomb?
will this god punish people for things they didn't do or not?
@velkyn1 if you don't mind, I would like to try to answer this.
Both Mary's saw an angel at the tomb with it rolled away and telling them that Jesus was no longer here but has risen
The disciples were the first ones in the tomb as both Mary's went back to them after being told by an angel
God will not punish you for something you didn't do, though we are all sinners, we will all be judge differently based on how we lived our lives with or without believing.
PS my answers come from personal experience and reading the NIV version of the Bible as its the only one I have at the moment.
@@Taitui808 Curious how your bible says otherwise, Tait.
This is what the gospel of John has:
"arly on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the tomb. 10 Then the disciples returned to their homes."
so your claim that both marys were there is wrong.
12 But Peter got up and ran to the tomb; stooping and looking in, he saw the linen cloths by themselves; then he went home, amazed at what had happened."
so there are women, including Mary and Mary M, which is not what you claim.
7 But go, tell his disciples and Peter that he is going ahead of you to Galilee; there you will see him, just as he told you.’ 8 So they went out and fled from the tomb, for terror and amazement had seized them; and they said nothing to anyone, for they were afrai"
all other verses after this were added much later.
10 Then Jesus said to them, ‘Do not be afraid; go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.’"
So only two women come, and saw the stone being rolled back by an angel, which the others contradict.
This god repeatedly punishes people for what they didn't do:
" For you did it secretly; but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.’ 13 David said to Nathan, ‘I have sinned against the Lord.’ Nathan said to David, ‘Now the Lord has put away your sin; you shall not die.
" 2 Samuel 12
"29 At midnight the Lord struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the prisoner who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the livestock. 30 Pharaoh arose in the night, he and all his officials and all the Egyptians; and there was a loud cry in Egypt, for there was not a house without someone dead. " Exodus 12
"5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me, 6 but showing steadfast love to the thousandth generation[b] of those who love me and keep my commandments." Exodus 20
and we can't forget about original sin "17 If, because of the one man’s trespass, death exercised dominion through that one, much more surely will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness exercise dominion in life through the one man, Jesus Christ." Romans 5
curious how this god also says it would never do this:
"16 Parents shall not be put to death for their children, nor shall children be put to death for their parents; only for their own crimes may persons be put to death." Deut 24
"18 The word of the Lord came to me: 2 What do you mean by repeating this proverb concerning the land of Israel, ‘The parents have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge’? 3 As I live, says the Lord God, this proverb shall no more be used by you in Israel. 4 Know that all lives are mine; the life of the parent as well as the life of the child is mine: it is only the person who sins that shall die." Ezekiel 18

That implies forget about me. Stop being loving myself.

Young guy asked about contradiction? Cliffe gave him perfect examples of "contradiction" that is NOT a contradiction. And yet he still kept asking about contradiction.

What does the sinner hate about Christianity? The Holiness of God.
No. not even remotely close.
Get the whole world. Lose your own soul. You cannot hold the world. You will lose it. You can hold to Jesus and you will have him forever. Get your education, but trust Christ NOW and ensure your ETERNAL SAFETY.

he is debating a 20-year-old, who does not know anything about the bible. a real debate would be with biblical historian
Cliff welcomes anyone who has questions. He didn't ask him to debate him, so Cliff gives him the best logical answer, he can give :)
This is insane. The point could have been made so much sooner with scripture. Why Christianity over other religions? Because Christ said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." - John 14:6
It really is that simple.
3:45 Giving every religion an equal chance would be the definition of objective.
Notice when Cliffe goes onto explain how it would be impossible he adds in "world view and philosophy" in to make it impossible.
You’ve got time to give 4,300 religions an equal chance?
That’s because the world view and philosophy associated with the different religions is vital in understanding the religion as a whole. It’s basically contextualization for beliefs
Zechariah 12:10
And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
A passage in the Old Testament that shows that God is Jesus. God said that he who pierced me (God) will mourn for him (Jesus).
if Jesus is a prophet according to the quran, why dont they learn what he taught?
(Matthew 23:9)
What was common between Israel and Arabia? In Israel during Jesus time the Romans were there. Rome was occupying it visibly. Rome had been in an expansion mode for a long time. Has that stopped? Or has it just gone underground?
In order for people to unite, some issues need to be resolved.
Can we prove the existence of God if we can not see God? (John 1:18, 1 John 4:12).
Do holy people expect their followers to prove God's existence in their own life?
If we can not see God how do we prove God exists? (Revelation 1:4)
Can something unseeable be practical in our life? Is God practical to us today?
Does believing God is the "big guy in the sky" make God practical?
St. Paul apparently wanted the Thessalonian church people to "prove all things". (5:21)
The Bible had not been codified yet. What Thessalonia had was the sermons of Paul
and this first letter.
And yet Paul was saying, prove what I say. Imagine that?
God and his power and wisdom (Christ- 1 Corinthians 1:24) was practical, provable!
Don't we need a better definition of God than "the big guy in the sky"?
the gospels are written by 4 very different men and for different audiences .
How do you know they were men? Lol
There are a plethora of apparent contradictions in the Bible. There are no irreconcilable contradictions in the Bible.
So every time I hear him ask if there are no contradictions in the Bible, I know he's going to go to that website and look at that list and he's going to be convinced that this is an actual contradiction, rather than something that Christianity has talked about debated and reconciled over the last 2000 years and And that the Jews have not talked about debated and reconciled over the last 6000 years.
Can you give me 1 contradiction? I will be interested if there's one

I don't think you're reading what I'm saying, and you're being aggressive needlessly.

Talk to any learned representative (like cliffe) of any religion and they will tell you that their religious texts are more trustworthy and true than others. Well, there might be a god (no one can disprove that as of now…) but who exactly is that god also no body can prove. There are thousands of figures which different religions believe to be god. So, one can believe in god but should be open to the fact that they dont know who exactly is that god.
Maybe you should just say YOU don’t know who God is instead of assuming you know what everybody knows or doesn’t know. . Instead just speak for yourself instead of speaking for everyone else who you don’t know.
@@danielfortonforton223 Im only speaking based on what everybody says. Every religious person says their god is true god. Im not speaking this from my assumptions.

The world did not deserve Jesus, the world did not deserve Jesus to take their place and die for them and for their sins, and we don’t deserve the free gift of eternal life! all that is called mercy and Grace, and there’s no other religion in the face of the Earth that even comes close.! god gave Jesus what he didn’t deserve to be punished for since he didn’t commit, so he could give us and who so ever will, what they don’t deserve, to be forgiven, and given eternal life!
Cliff is great but his lack of historical knowledge regarding the crusades and the inquisition is shocking. He still lives an ‘us vs them’ anti-Catholic position and buys into old tropes.

Dr.
