You have freely chosen to embrace loneliness instead of embracing the joys of solitude and the strengths that can come along with being alone. Change the thought, change the condition.
Amazing video once again Diandre! And awesome interviewee, Adam! Looking forward to part 2. Really resonated with this one and it's sad but true how it's all temporary. Although it cost time to build friendships, it's also time that results in friendships furthering apart. But it's also nice to know that altho those friendships have faded, it's almost like you become this beautiful and colourful mosaic of fragments from these friends you made, where you take on their habits, likes and dislikes, and what not. Which sorta helps you to become the unique and amazing person you are today
man I really love the video !!! You are totally right about traveling and how it can get lonely sometimes. Especially for international students and how their relationships with their friends that they made are not going to last long. I guess as you grow up it becomes harder to keep your old friends. Also I really love the editing that you did on this video
Much appreciated bro! It’s especially hard with international students because we go from spending everyday or week with one another to then maybe seeing each other once a year on a trip. But you are right, its all apart of growth and experiencing new chapters
Loneliness can happen anywhere if you allow it. Learn how to take advantage of and thrive from solitude and being alone. Also learn how to create your own community instead of looking for one. Read up on Stoicism.
Being alone is almost a fictitious concept. Theres almost nothing you can truly do alone. I’d argue it’s more important to learn to build a network and develop friendships. Appreciate the recommendation. I will look into it👌🏾
