Undiscovered Greatness
This Is The BIGGEST Statue I Ever Seen!
In this video, I went to JiuJiang, China. This trip was an amazing cultural learning experience as I was about to learn a bit more about China's long history. I spoke with locals, hiked in a rural city, and even visited the tallest Buddha statue in the world! Looking back on this trip, I realized how different people live around the world. Although we all have such drastically different experiences, we all share similarities as humans. This is apparent when traveling the world. Cultural exchange is such a beautiful moment of travel as you get to see emotions and personalities in their purest form. For this reason alone, I make it my goal to travel as much as I can. Come along for the journey...

A Day in the Life of a Chinese University Student
Hello! Thank you so much for the information. I want to ask if your school wants you to pay the application fee and HSK certificate? I've heard some schools don't require an HSK certificate when applyıng CSC scholarships and they have preparing program for one year.
Thank you any contact email or phone number.
I want to study theater art is it possible
You need to find a uni that accepts the csc and offers a program for it. If so, then yes
Can I study nursing with CSC?
I’m pretty sure you can. You just have to find a uni that accepts csc and offers that program
Hey, how can we hit you up to talk about things, and maybe meet you there
You can dm me on IG @itsdiandre
Hi 🥹 on the application page it doesnt show me an english option for undergradute. I dont have hsk what do i do
If there is no English option then that school probably doesn't offer that program in English so you will have to find another school that offers it. Many English programs do not require HSK to start but you will need to pass a certain HSK level to graduate. You will also have to take Chinese courses during your studies.
Hello sir! I am currently in grade 12, I will graduate from high school by next year, mid-june 2025. So I want to know if I can apply for CSC scholarship to go to university in China in september. Can I do that? Thank you
Yes you should be able to! I suggest you begin to apply ASAP in order to enroll for next September as it is a fairly long process.
@@itsDiandre Thank you for that information, sir. But in both the type A and type B scholarship they all require the "highest diploma certificate". may i know what should I do with that? because I haven't obtained my high school certificate yet. or should I request a "pre-graduation certificate" from my school then upload it to that section of the scholarship application? and If i do so, do I just upload it like that or should I consult with the admission office or anything before first? thank you
@@kanikahuot3409 I think you should consult with the admission office first. They will most likely have you request from your current school the pre-graduation certificate but confirm with admissions before sending in your documents
bro all of these apps don't have english, how can I use them
That will be your daily life if you plan to live in China so get used to it😂 However you can use translators such as DeepL and Baidu Translate to help you navigate these apps
Can I apply for CSC scholarship for mbbs program in English??
You have to find a school that offers that program in English and apply there directly
@@itsDiandre yeah but it's rare to have a scholarship given by the university itself for mbbs program , so this won't work with CSC scholarship?
is any foreigner students in China?
Yes! There are plenty of foreign students from various countries currently studying in China
Do the scholarship covers both travel expenditures
Most of the scholarships do not cover travel. However, I know some people who received the CSC type A(I think) full-ride scholarship(from the embassy in their country) that did cover their flight to China. Check the embassy in your country to see if they offer scholarships. If they do, speak to them to ask what the scholarship entails and if it covers the flight costs.
Watching this and you’re not saying where you are or the history/significance of where you’re going.
I love your videos bro, it's so fun to watch!!!
Thank you!!
AMAZING VIDEO !!!!!!
Thanks bro!
video was super dope need more of these
Stay tuned! More coming soon!!
can you please drop a link for the application form ?
Unfortunately I don’t have a direct link however, the schools generally have a hyperlink on their website to apply for scholarships. You can search schools in China and once you find the programs you are interested in, check on the website of that university to see if they offer scholarships for that program
I know this comment is long but please give me some sort of advice or tip on this situation. Bro I know I left a like on this video but I feel like Just trying to go to China alone is impossible. Why do I say this? Because of my parents and how much we've been brainwashed into thinking China is bad. Another thing to mention is how expensive it is to visit China alone. Today I have tried booking a plane ticket to China, which nearly cost me all of my savings. Another thing is the fact that my family prefers me to go to hong kong than mainland China which is absolute bull shit. Not to curse excuse me for my foul language. I am 20 years old and yes I still live with my parents because making a living without my parents is nearly impossible, especially with inflation. I have no idea if you are in China or America but I have to rant. I have to rant especially when I see my cousins who are the same age as me or a year or two older than me traveling to foreign countries. I have a genuine passion for China and yes I want to take my family's business to the next level in China. So My initial plan was to visit China at least at the age of 20 or under the age of 20 so that when I am older I have a properly developed plan on what to do and how to do it but my family keeps letting me down and on top of that they keep adding cards in the mix like, "You're black and Chinese people don't like black people!!!" or "China is communist THEY WILL COOK YOU UP AND EAT YOU!!!" or to add the cherry on top, "You are only 20 years old you have your whole life ahead of you what is the rush? Besides America is better than China why China out of all countries?". My parents keep letting me down. However I want to thank you for making this video. I don't know what the hell it's going to take me to go to China but I am mentally depressed and now feel envious on the fact that I see people travel and I'm the only one that can't travel and I work my ass off to get nothing but loss of money in return. This makes me feel depressed and want to give up on life!!! I have tried convincing my parents, showing my parents videos like this one, researching China in depth, and trying to tell my parents about my passion for life. I don't want to be 28 years old visiting China for the first time. I don't want to be 35 years old studying in China. I don't want to be in the rat race. I know this comment was long but thank you for reading it
First and foremost, there is no need to apologize for leaving such a long comment. I want my comments to be an open form of communication for anyone to ask questions, let off their frustrations, or find others who are in similar situations. I realized that there are many people who have interests in some of the things I do which is one of the reasons why I decided to upload videos in the first place. Secondly, you have to take a step back and analyze your current situation. Comparison is the thief of joy. I know it’s a hard concept to come to terms with but you will only make yourself more frustrated and depressed if you are comparing yourself to the highlights of life from your peers. Never fall victim to feeling FOMO based on the “good times” of what you see on social media from the small percentage of people around the world. As for your parents, I can’t speak much on how to address that situation because you know them best but research and presenting a clear plan can maybe help lighten their views. There is a lot of propaganda circulating around some of which is true and some of it is not. However, it is up to you to visit your desired location to come up with your own conclusions. Whether thats with the support of your parents or not is based on your personal situation. If you are truly interested in visiting China now with little funds, the best way to do it is to apply for a scholarship. Regardless, I STRONGLY suggest to try to build some savings before arriving because there is many expected and unexpected costs (e.g. residence permit, medical exam, cost of living, events, nights out with friends). In the end, you are still very young and have a lifetime to experience and travel to your desired locations. No need to rush if it is not the right time for you. I know you said thats not what you want but everyones situation is different and if you did all of your due diligence and took all the necessary steps to make it happen but things didn’t work out then thats okay. Just continue working on it until you make your dreams a reality. If you ever have any more questions or doubts, my TH-cam comments or my Instagram (@itsdiandre) are the best way to reach out to me and I will try to help you to the best of my knowledge when I get the chance. Thanks for watching and commenting and I’m hoping you get the chance to live your dreams!
Communist china horrible
Sir I took 3 years to complete my intermediate with 50 % can i get full scholarship plz tell me ?
This will be up to the CSC committee and the school you apply for. I suggest still applying because you have a chance of being awarded
man you are too old for these stuff ahahah kidding love your vid❤
Never too old for fun haha😂
Don,How you doing?-this is useful ,🤟
I'm glad you found this vid useful! Welcome to the channel😃
If I graduated from high school but am now taking a technical course, am I still eligible to try to get a undergraduate or is there any impediment? In the case of letters of recommendation, can they be from teachers of the technical course or must they be from teachers at my high school?
Yes you will still be eligible! Your program coordinators may ask about your technical course due to the “gap” in studying but it should not hinder your chances. As for the recommendation letters, I’m not fully sure if you are allowed to use references from your technical course. I would suggest maybe mixing in professors from both but using the ones who will give you the best recommendation letters
@@itsDiandre very thankful for your answer !

Hi,l can apply to the csc scholarship through university AFTER l get enrolled yes?and we need to alert university before that l want scholarship?
Generally the scholarship application and program application processes are outlined on the university’s website. If I remember correctly you apply to the program and then apply for the scholarship directly after. I suggest you alert the university before or ask the school advisor for more clear instructions
I wanna apply for cis scholarship but i don't know how
Which vpn do u recommended
There are many however some that I have used are Astrill VPN (pretty expensive and very popular), aox VPN(decent pricing), shadow rocket (need to find VPN provider but can be very cheap). All of these options worked very well for me
hello sir please when the say Application for additional 1 year language study allowed (Chinese Taught Programs Only).what does it means
This means that for example if it is a 4 year degree, you would instead have 5 years. The first year will only be Chinese language courses in order to improve your Chinese to prepare for the courses. The following 4 years you will spend taking major specific courses and completing the degree requirements.
is there any chance of studying cooperative law in china after graduating from secondary school please and what are the necessary requirements?
I believe there are opportunities for corporate law majors however I am not familiar with them. I suggest searching around google for universities that offer those programs
Is this scholarship is also for undergraduate students?
Yes!
Hi please so when should i go apply for visa, is it when the school gives me their scholarship grant or while waiting?
You will need files from your school to apply for the visa. They will send you all the necessary files you need to apply for your visa after you have been accepted
thanks really helpful
Pretty informative, thank you a lot!
Hii!, I have a doubt about the english certificate. The universities ask for the TOELF or the IELTS certificate, but I have the B2 level certificate of cambridge that is equivalent. Do you know if they accept it or I have to get the IELTS/TOELF?
I suggest that you should consult with your target schools counselor for more accurate information. I know that generally TOELF or IELTS are required if you come from a non English speaking country. Other than that, I’m not sure what else is acceptable as an equivalent.
Is it possible to study my bachelor's degree in English applying to CSC scholerships?
Yes! You just have to find a program that offers English courses. You will most likely still be required to achieve some HSK level before you graduate. Generally around HSK 3-4 you will have to pass to graduate but your school will offer you Chinese language courses along with your regular major specific courses.
Are dreds allowed?
Do you mean dreads like hair dreadlocks? If so, then yes. No one will tell you to cut your hair however you will get a ton of people interested to touch it and take a lot of pictures 😅

Hello Don, What about language courses in China? How much for annual Chinese language course for beginners in 2024 (course + single room)?
The prices for the courses depend on the school you apply to. Have a look at their website and they should show prices for the courses as well as the available room details
