ICC arrest warrants are not intended to resolve the matter in Gaza but they will show that there is some institutional decency and courage in the world and will help ensure that the historical record reflects that many currently powerful figures in Israel, and by proxy the U.S. and U.K. be remembered as the war criminals that they are.
