I've watched a lot of videos on TH-cam for many years.
Your muscular and dynamic approach of the golf swing is definitly the best i have ever seen.
Big deception to discover you guys so late, but not too late.
Over and over congratulations from a french guy

It's crazy that you guys don't have more subscribers. This stuff is gold. At the range last night it clicked, really just chill for a moment and be patient in transition until all the slack is taken up in the lead spiral and then just turn the chest and release. Everything else for the most part just takes care of itself. Don't habe to manipulate anything. Awesome guys, thank you!

Y'all are teaching the complicated topics that make a golf swing natural and powerful and safe. It may take several watches on any given video but I am understanding how this really works. So....at first these drills are Sooooo awkward at first but as soon as they click it is really athletic and feels great.
I love that y'all don't throw conflicting philosophies but instead a comprehensive system . I'd rather learn your system than piece meal conflicting concepts.
Thanks for the comprehensive approach. I have hope that I can move to a new level with yout system.

This was THE BEST explanation of rhythm I have ever seen. I always believed there was something missing in how it was taught traditionally and this video unlocked so many secrets. I can't thank you guys enough for for the brilliant content you put out. 🙏

Such an easy way to truly understand how muscles and energy need to work. There isn’t a better way to define the paradox of “swing slower hit further.”
Very well done, the most underrated instruction online. Bar none.

The combination of ribsway and trail arm fling is huge for someone used to taking the club too inside and flat with the backswing. This also enables a good pelvis drop! Still going to take some serious work to overcome years of whipping it inside…love your system!

Can you comment on why Gears data on pros shows their hand speed on the downswing is fastest from the top to about waist high?

Kinetic energy in a child park swing is a good thought also. On the way back the swing slows to the top before rushing back down. Any force outside of that energy, slow or fast will make it wobble about the place.

Loading and unloading phases are kinetic energy and floating phase is potential energy.

Fantastic video---question--in this video you are talking about load and unload of trail side (ONLY). How does the lead arm fit into this type of wave type rhythm/tempo pattern? You've talked about unloading of lead arm (posterior activation if I recall and understand it ) also in other videos----or is that simply too much to focus on in this wave pattern. Thanks

    • @elitegolfschools
      @elitegolfschools  ปีที่แล้ว

You can obviously focus on lead arm, most people feel it in their trail, but lead arm would just be inverse of trail arm (ex trail scap retraction would pair with lead scap protraction)

  • @jonsmith9424

Higher energy backswings yield faster clubhead speeds. It’s just physics. Loading facia muscle lines leads to unloading. It’s just biology. Marry the two and you have an awesome golf swing. Just love the consistency of your core principles. Engine first always. Thanks guys.

  • @VoodooZ

Yep. I've always been fast (in life included) so whenever I saw a teacher and they just told me to slow my swing down I just felt disappointment that I wasted money as they fail to highlight the real problem... Why would I want to lose my biggest advantage (speed)?!?! The way you explain it though makes total sense now... No wonder i couldn't slow down or even do pitch shots... I had no choice from the top almost.. if my body didn't accelerate the arms would come right over the top of the ball! Can't fool the human body!
