How to remove Ford Taurus dome light 2010-2014

I couldn’t find a video that explained this well, so I made my own. The two plastic tabs that hold the fixture in place that are on the front edge broke off for me because I tried to force it out, so be careful. Also, don’t replace the two side movable lights with leds, my switch board inside of the fixture is now fried. The center bulb still works fine though.
On a side note, I switched the blue leds out for white because I didn’t like how it looked. Also much more practical.
