- How a Ghanian built a Beautiful Resort at 16 Years old with No Money is a video where I talk with the founder of the Bosumtwi Resort which is 5 hours from Accra Ghana. We talk about how she started a resort business at the age of 16. We also explore Lake Bosumtwi which is the only natural lake in Ghana.

@@philipbanda6637 Dude, learn to comprehend. I was merely pointing out the reason why foreigners end up owning large chunks of our land without having to bid for them. We as Africans on the other hand get locked into red tape and bidding wars to acquire land while foreigners just waltz through with their wallets and have it handed to them. Any clear thinking would have little to no expectations of our political class, but certain corrupt practices are to the detriment of the citizenship and in terms of land irreversible. These degenerate politicians need to be stopped and stopped immediately! Don't come crying in 15 years time when the Chinese and middle easterners own half your coastline while you're busy trying to put aside money to acquire land.
Nice to see a GHANAIAN owning this resort.If this lake resort was in East or Southern Africa it would have been OWNED by an EUROPEAN/FOREIGNER.
I love this woman's personality. I was at the lake some months back and her place was full so I couldn't get the accommodation option I wanted. I'll be back there in a few weeks. I can't wait 😍

Sometimes you have to leave where you are in order for you to see the potential at home and discover yourself as well....case in point I left my country to work in the UAE and its until then that I discovered my mother land got potential to get me all that I went out to look for...

The outside is nice. The inside needs better architecture. More big windows for natural light and maybe the interior could look like an extension to outside.

African governments, give ppl the good roads and electricity. The ppl will do the rest. Individual ppl cannot build interstate or city roads by themselves, neither can they wire the cities and roads on their own.
