    I am absolutely nowhere near the level of flips or cast-aways yet, but I just love your videos. Also, I love Calen cameos. Good stuff.

    Hey Ronnie I'm 8 years old 230 pounds do you think I'm too underweight to start parkour? If I'm not to skinny I think I will start tomorrow in my backyard and try the castaway off of a table. I hear it's easy. If I fail I won't give up I will try again.
    Just kidding but seriously people nobody cares how old you are or how much you weigh. Unless you have some serious medical problems you can do parkour. whether you are 3 or 90 years old. You probably shouldn't try it after 90.

    But I'll look forward to nail it sometime :D

    What's the easiest move to learn when your first starting parkour?

    • @ryanmckeever2074
      @ryanmckeever2074 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      rolls, vaults, wall running, precision jumping and striding. (from my experience it's in that order)

    • @notusmovement4395
      @notusmovement4395 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Roll or safety vault

    • @GreyHeiskell
      @GreyHeiskell 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Ryan Mckeever I've already gotten those down but I meant the easiest flip to learn that will maybe help me progress farther into the harder ones.

    Hey Ronnie I bailed on a wallflip so now I have a mental block, and I can't commit. I can do a standing back flip and a wallrun and wallspin and stuff, but I just can't go for the wallflip. What do I do???

    • @sam__richards
      @sam__richards 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      just commit

    • @CDMOgamersonline
      @CDMOgamersonline 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just make sure the wall has enough grip, and have someone stand next to you. Get height and just tuck. You'll get it after a few good tries! Hope this helps

    • @remyparkour8810
      @remyparkour8810 8 ปีที่แล้ว
