- On your demand we used the Shell advance fuel save in BS6 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V. The Shell advance fuel save is a fully synthetic engine oil 10W-30 grade from Shell that claims to increase mileage by 5kmpl when compared to mineral oils. In this video we do an oil change in the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V along with the oil filter and switched to the Shell advance fuel save 10W-30. In this video I share my experience with the Shell advance fuel save and its performance in TVS Apache RTR 160 4V interms of gear shifts, mileage, Viscosity etc.

please do a video on greases l...like red grease, grey, brown, graphite grease and from different brands like Castrol....where to use which type grease (axle sprindle or swingarm bearings)...etc

Mine s rtr2004v carb version
It ✅ 3years and 11k km now and I could see there s a major drop in mileage.
In the beginning it gave around 38km in the city and 42+km in the highway but now I can see it is struggling and give around 30 km only in the city ...
till around 8k km I used TVS engine oil only and now it is running in Castrol power1 ultimate (by seeing ur video) I have changed the air filter 3 to 4 times. Last 2 time interval was very less as I feel the drop in mileage.... I have one more problem that is issue with the gear sensor from the beginning it shows miss match info like if the gear in neutral it ll show as 2nd gear and I have to use clutch to start the bike (if it show N only then it ll start without clutch) and sometime it ll show as N in gear ... Did you find any such issue in your bike? and also the cold start . Every time I have to use choke to start.....
These are some of my issues pls share your valuable suggestions feedback to maintain it properly...
I'm not a daily raider as I'm working from home currently...

I have ordered Liqui moly Mos2 for my bike from amazon but i received old product which was manufactured in sept 2017, then i applied for replacement and again I received the product with the same manufacturing date. Now finally i requested to amazon for refund and they issued me the full amount.

Yes you can, Castrol Power 1 Ultimate, Shell Advance Ultra are some good options to try. Try to pour the 10w40 oil in summers when the ambient temperature is high. Also you may experience slight drop in throttle response as the 10w40 oil is more viscous than 10w30 engine oil.

In our case with moderate to heavy use we easily did 3000+km with the oil still doing well.

Power 1 is better for performance
For 160 4v if u ride on high rpm up to 6k then I suggest u go for motul 7100 10w40 I use from 2 year n this oil good in terms of heavy use n midium use it maintain smoothness n hiting on higher rpm I use whit lquimolly mos2 sotter which brings engine smother n also I achieve 50kmpl milage on highway whit this oil

Please do the Lab Test video of this oil. As the Shell Advance Ultra 4T 10W-40 is discontinued and no longer available in the market. Kindly suggest a better alternate for Shell Advance Ultra 4T 10W-40 as it was the good/reliable engine oil. Does Shell Advance Fuel Save takes it's place? Appreciate your input.

Worst gear shift experience. I don't understand because it's fully synthetic. GTL based pure plus technology felt like shit.
You need to read the instruction manual of your motorcycle. Almost all bikes cannot use energy conserving oil and that is stated in the manual itself. That point renders this whole video moot.
