I love learning all the various recipes both Korean and other variations of Asian home cooking. My husband and I love all of the recipes that you have given us.
I tried to cook this dish. The only difference is I used milk instead of water while beating the egg and I added mozarrela to make it chessy. Omg! It's so good. Thank you Seonkyoung, you re my inspiration 💋

what would you do for the eggs? I know lots of people use silken tofu as a substitute but wouldn't that texture be kinda hard to work with in this instance
Just made this tonight! I didn't have pork (or any thawed meat honestly) so I skipped that part and I was a bit lazy and just pushed the rice to one side of the pan and cooked the egg on the other side, but it was a mix of great flavors and a nice mild spice. I'll be making this again, and I'll make sure to do the volcano!

Hard to find a few staples for Asian food in general because asians include Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, etc. They all have staple dishes. Are you looking for more Korean staple dishes? (Seonkyoung is Korean)
Seonkyoung this is totally off topic for a food video but I've wondered for a while if the hair in THIS video is your natural hair texture or the straight hair we usually see? They both suit you very well but your hair looks incredible in this!

With tears😪😩in my eyes👀I failed for the "FRIST TIME" with one of your recipes💔using shrimp🍤made it hard to stick together👎meat would be better then shrimp kept slipping and my pan was to big for the single burner it was a Hot Mess! But my fried rice was so good be for the volcano part Thank You to other dishes from you was a Hit!😄😄
Find it really neat that it makes a volcano but can't help to think that the top of the volcano eggs is still raw since that part never got heated against the skillet

Lamees Abu-Halaweh I haven't tried some of the newer substitutes from the last few years but I doubt any of them are ready to stand up to scrambling as the star of a dish. Likewise a tofu scramble is prepared differently and couldn't be poured over like this. My advice would be the skip them entirely and make regular fried rice instead!

Andrea Mills I know you didn't ask for Thai recommendations, but Lotus of Siam is my favorite That restaurant on the planet. It's in an anonymous strip mall on Sahara, but it's white table cloths, glass wine cellar, and 5 star food inside. It's TOTALLY worth a $10 taxi from the strip!!

Sharine Walker cheap pans vrs better ones make a difference. If you cook spend the money an research better quality cookware. I have these same pans. They're amazing.
Sharine Walker I have a pan just like this and I just let it soak in water for a few hours and whatever's burnt on comes up with the course side of of a sponge.
