My favorite tool are the Quilter’s Select Rulers. They are made for rotary cutting on a self heal cutting mat and they do not slip on fabric. I’ve cut cotton, silk, poly, wool, rayon, canves, cork, faux leather, they are great.
This is the most comprehensive list of absolutely the best of the bunch, tools. I have some of them already, but some of them are the coolest things that I never knew existed, or I had never known I needed so bad! Thank you. I hope the tape cutters come in a 100 pack! Great suggestions. I ordered the scissors. I love having a great lamp and craft knife. Enjoy your videos. Been missing you. Followed you for years. Hope all is well with you and your family. Blessings
Darla, we're doing well, thank you. It's a new year, so I'm ready to get back in the swing of things. Thank you for being a loyal follower, I really appreciate it. 💕
Glad to see you. This was a great video. I definitely will be ordering some of these items. Thank you for sharing with us. Stay safe and take care. God bless you and your family.❤😊
Hi Jennifer. It seems like you did a similar video a few years ago just when I was getting into the DIY world. I had to laugh today. I must have bought almost every one of your favorites. Thanks so much.
I just got the Wecreat, will be setting it up tomorrow. I had it narrowed down to the Xtool M1, Glowforge Aura and the Wecreat. I didn't need another vinyl cutter so that is why I bought it. Not a fan of the Tim Holtz scissors, they don't stay sharp very long.
You had a lot of great craft tools/supplies that I'll have to look into...thanks for all the inspiratin. I absolutely love crafting. -----Amelia Storms

HAPPY NEW YEAR, MY FRIEND!!!❤️🎉🥂 Welcome, Jennifer!❤️ I sure have missed you! I'm so glad you are back!❤️😊 I was going to buy the epson eco tank printer, my daddy bought me the brother printer. Now I wished I would have bought the epson eco tank for the reason that you said the cartridges are so expensive!🙄 Great crafting must haves, Jennifer! As always, thank you for sharing with us! Stay safe, healthy, and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊 Again, so glad you are back!!!❤
Thank you Deane! This time I am really back. The past couple of years have been a challenge (especially, las year), but I am feeling good and ready to be here. It was sweet that your daddy got you a printer. Just keep the idea of the eco tank in the back of your head for down the line. 💓
@LittleBitofCalmCrazy You are so very welcome, my friend! I am so sorry for whatever you were going through.🙏❤️ May God continue to bless you and your family!🙏❤️ I am so happy to have you back!❤️😊 I will definitely be getting the epson eco tank printer!😊 I can't wait for your upcoming videos.❤️
Thanks for the video Jennifer. Right now I have 3 Surebonder glue guns. One has wood glue, one for fabric glue and one for regular glue. I defi itely wantbto add the Surebonder cordless detail gluegun to my arsenal. I love my silicone mats. I was unaware that they can be washed in the washer and that makes me love them more. Two tools I think about using everyday are my band saw and my miter saw. It has just been too cold to use them. I saw some other items in your video I want to takea closer look at so that you for the introduction to these wonderful new things
Thank you for spending your time with us, sharing your tool ideas. I love tools, and have some of these, but I have such a tiny apartment, I have to be careful. Lol!
I have an Cricut Exp 2 and my heat press. LOVE THEM for my crafts! I purchased a sure bonder glue gun after seeing a multitude of positive recommendations. The problem with mine is that there isn't a good connection between the charging base and the gun. As I don't use my glue gun every day, when I finally had a project that needed glue, it wasn't charging/heating. The 90 day warranty was up and I couldn't return to the place I purchased. I wrote to the company and they suggested I just plug directly into the handle. That's fine, but I bought it with the base for a reason. Now I have an expensive glue gun that lies down on my craft table. I could have just purchased a cheap $2.99 glue gun.
Hi Jennifer!!! I do love my silicone mats. And I never knew you could put them in the washer... Nice... I'm definitely checking out your list.. my wish list is growing!! Lol... 👍😁👍🤗🤗
I loved your video of your tools that work!! I'm definitely going to get a spray tent and have husband make me a turntable; also the two scissors and the glues you mentioned. Thank you so much for all the tips!!
I bought the spray tent probably 3 or so years ago because of you and I like it. Now I see you're gonna be influencing me again, 🤣🤣🤣 I seen 3 or 4 other things that I think would help me a lot. The blue tape cutter, I've been eyeing the cordless glue gun for awhile now, been wanting a staple gun for a long time now and The laser cutter.
Hi Jennifer, Happy New 2024 year, What brand of Miter shears do you have? I got a pair from Amazon, and they just don't want to cut dowels, or smaller items, I need to get me a vacuum too. T4 sharing, and look forward to some crafting videos.God Bless n take care👍😘
Hi Ronda! My are the Gartol brand. amzn.to/2QT9xdl I have had them for several years and love them. It does take a little hand strenght, but they are so handy.
Hi Jennifer, enjoyed your video on your favorite tools. Got a few on my list! I have a question….where did you get that lamp on the table behind you? I have to have it, it’s beautiful! 🌻
I got that Surebonder battery operated glue gun for Christmas a year ago. 1) had NO idea those batteries were so expensive and 2) the glue stick wouldn't budge past the second opening (in the middle of the barrel) and I ended up with a big glue blob stuck there. I was so disappointed and frustrated I just turned it off and stuck it back in the cabinet. I was sooooo hoping I'd love it but I just don't. I'm glad you like yours though! :)
I can't live without my KamSnap Professional Stand-Up / Mini-Table Press. I use it for Snaps, Rivets, Grommets, and for making covered Buttons. I prefer the KX-T2 KAM model. I find it to be the perfect size; large enough to handle tough jobs but small enough to take where I need it without feeling like I need to put it on wheels to move it. It has really saved wear and tear on my hands. I have purchased a variety of dies to use with it. I primarily use it when sewing purses or bags but have used it for sewing curtains, in the garage when cutting down a tarp for covering equipment and all sorts of other projects.
I wish Surebonder would make that mini glue gun for those of us on 220. I used it last time I was visiting my mom in the US and was so jealous because they don't make one that will work for me 😢 The Tim Holtz scissors are amazing! The only thing that would make them better is if they'd do a version without the micro serrated blades. For certain paper projects it doesn't leave an edge that I love but it's soooo nice to have detail scissors with big enough handles for my big hands!
This is the first time I've seen one of your vids. You remind me so much of my s-i-l, Teal, with your cute animations. Unfortunately, she's not a crafter. lol New sub. I'd love to have all the neat gadgets that you have. Unfortunately, I've never even used my Cricut yet. Nor do I have any more room for anything else. But one of my all-time go-to's to clean up my desk space, is a silicone BBQ brush with an angled paddle on the opposite side. It sweeps everything off, and I mean everything. From tiny weeding scraps to mica powders. And its great for pressing objects down while using the hot glue gun, as well as for a soft bone-folder.
I understand not having more space for things. I am with you on that! Please pull out your Cricut! Baby should not be left in a box 🤪! The silicone bbq brush sounds amazing!

These tool may be great but they are way too expensive for a paper crafter. I don't see the need for the giant glue gun and heat tool. Not everyone can afford to purchase these items.
The BEST type of cutter is NOT a cricut..it is a SCAN AND CUT. It does MORE than a cricuit can do, by FAR. A cricut is a toy in comparison -- a CHEAP toy.

I’m so in love with my Rayobi battery glue gun. Game changer.
Cricut is the most unstable and complicated platform out there and you can’t use it without the website platform, waste of money. Brother Scan and Cut is the most versatile and can be used without the digital platform. You can scan all your stamps, resize them, print them out (without nasty white edges) and you can save them to a USB stick. You can scan your dies resize them cut them out and you can save them to a USB stick
Friskars anything is a fantastic bang for your buck.
Glass mats are the only way to go. One purchase, a wet rag/shammie and you’re done. And you do not need a separate self healing mat to use a craft knife. Just don’t use a ceramic craft knife blade on it.
Staplers are ridiculous and toxic in the craft space. All the adhesives, paints, inks etc… they are toxic regardless of what they claim. A loose staple can and will cut you and then all those toxins are now infecting your open wound. And no putting a piece of paper over the back will not eliminate this risk. Anyone who has ever worked in an office and did filing understands the dangers of staples.
Those rotary blades are no bueno! Great tip!
GIRL!!! SUREBONDER have a DETAIL tip just like the “cordless/corded” BUT the base fits on the RYOBI BATTERY TOO instead of plugging in. Game changer!!

The BEST type of cutter is NOT a cricut..it is a SCAN AND CUT. It does MORE than a cricuit can do, by FAR. A cricut is a toy in comparison -- a CHEAP toy.
I don't like the explore I have one n don't use it
This breaks my heart! But I get it... not everyone will love the same things.
