Gary is the best.
@mv4098 I agree!
The best WHAT?
The comments regarding fat cells vs calories in and calories out rang a bell with me. When I was younger I ate a huge amount of calories and didn’t get fat. Now, older I eat much less calories gained weight. I have just put my pre diabetes into remission by low carb diet and exercise. I eat more fat than previously. Also reversed fatty liver disease. My GP can’t believe it. She was offering me Metformin and statins. I said no and that I will do it with diet and exercise. She said that was not sustainable. Nothing like a bit of encouragement 🙄
Exercise and diet is the most important thing!
Diet and exercise… in that order of importance.
@@tyoneal5565 I agree!

I admire your optimism but it seems that there are some pretty serious potential side effects to Ozempic. I hadn't been paying attention to the story until the last couple of days when a friend of a friend had a pretty bad experience with it, so I started looking for info online. I sure wouldn't take it. And as he says, we have no idea what the long term effects might be.
Good point! There's a lot that we don't know yet.
