The phone is so good that my wife even want one too.
Why can't I delete contacts? It keeps telling me contacts can't be deleted it's in read only mode what does that mean? How do I get it to delete contacts?

Any tips on charging........ I just got this phone abt a month ago and everything was fine until a few days ago it died completely so when i went to charge it. It wouldnt charge. All it does is display a battery with a bolt symbol inside of the battery......... So any suggestion on the issue wld be much appreciated before i have to spend anymore 💰.
Ok So you know how there is an indication light at the top of the phone when its charges? Mine only turns on when i play. With it and hold it a certain way. But even when i get the right position thats when i get the battery with the charge bolt symbol inside of it. But it still doesnt charge. And i have changed all my wires and charging blocks multiple times but the same thing occurs

I take tons of pictures, and every so often, when I go into my camera roll, all the pictures are scattered, & it also multiplies and doubles my pics. So although I may have only taken 100 pics, it says I have 200 pics. ???!!! I'm going insane with this, and need it to STOP before my phone flies out the window!!!

Just install another launcher. I recommend Nova. It allows you to customize the UI, 1st time you open it scroll all the way down to the check the set as default launcher app.

I love this phone, but I do have a concern: Every time I use it after it finishes charging, I have to go to the setting and change the sleep setting to either 5 minutes or never. Because it always changes back to 15 seconds after it charges. Why is that?

When I install an app, my screen says, "Shortcut to app created" then the app appears on my home screen. I am trying to drag and remove from home screen but the app won't move. What do I need to do?
@@CButler I meant that I want to keep the app, but just move it off the home screen. For example, I downloaded Wikipedia and my phone automatically created a short cut so it shows up on the screen when I turn my phone on. It's also on the screen with all my apps. When I tap and hold Wikipedia on my home screen it doesn't move.
Id tried my iphone 11 pro max and Called my other phone and I can hear my voice on the iphone pro it was echoing, every time Id tried sayin somethin usin the alcatel

I have had this phone less than a month. I have to return it because the screen froze up. Worse phone ever. I had to switch back to my Lg k20 plus which is a much better phone even though the screen is smaller.

Leave it on the charger for about an HR or use a different charger, maybe it's the charger that's broken
