Maybe cover a double left curve one day. Thanks

You can do the same exercises the opposite way.

@EdPaget right foot naturally goes forward, so would working left leg with pullbacks be correct to strengthen and align?

I have a question I haven’t seen addressed anywhere. What is the relation between spinal curvature and the lower tummy’s outward and upward protrusion, causing a horizontal fold above the naval?

his is because the ribs attach the spine at the back, but they also attach at the front of the chest. the upper back rotates one way and the pelvis goes the other way.

Would rib hump be what you see on your back, and would rib flare be what you see on your chest? And if this is correct, then they would be on opposite sides, right? (does this make sense?)

      Correct.

I have an s curve, how would I do these excercises without messing witht he bottom curve? How do I stabilize the vottom curve?

Great question. In my online course I go into great detail on how to influence a curve from the top down while stabilizing the bottom curve and changing that round to influence the bottom curve while stabilizing a top curve. If you want to learn how to do that send me an message via the contact us page at edpaget.com and join our Facebook group, which is in the description below the video.

Any suggestions for those with fibromyalgia which goes into hyper drive if I try to pull a band with left arm even a little?

Without knowing your specific situation, this is what I would suggest. Start with lifestyle basics, sleep, hydration, nutrition, meditation, possibly work with a naturopath to increase your body’s resilience. Then start with general resistance training to increase your strength and then you will be more capable of doing scoliosis specific exercises.

Thanks, but I wished you didn't skip the S curve and talked a little about that as well. Thanks!

It’s much more complicated, but I going to detail about S-curves in my online courses. edpaget.com
