I asked Watkins, about the notes change, he told me that the edition he was playing was just written that way. Anyway I really feel like he is one amazing interpreter of this concerto.
I'm no expert on this piece, but I have been working on it for my recital and have listened to a couple of different recordings. While listening to his interpretation of this piece, i noticed that he played some wrong notes. I'm wondering if that's how it's suppose to be or did he alter those notes? or maybe he just played them wrong?
