    Thank you, Simon, for all your teachings and this wonderful video, it got rid of the annoying butt pain after following this workout. What a miracle, thank you so much!     I have severe burning problem in my both legs. Doctor said it is hip joint gout. Please suggest some exercises so that i lead my life with ease because i believe this problem makes you enable to walk.
