I only get Treasury notes from the large public events such as uranium feaver one violent night etc, the small ones with no explanation point have yeilded me no Treasury notes so far. Maybe those only sometimes give you them where as world events always reward you with them.

Łysy Igor Yes. After you complete the Vault 79 heist and get the gold, there’s an NPC called Smiley at wayward which you can buy 300 Gold Bullion for 6000 caps once a week. You can buy more every Monday

How is that a key event other than farming legendarys? Just do the easy events like tea time uranium feaver one violent night and you got Treasury notes in the bag! The secret service armor is very nice though and T-65 is by far the best I got both armors and I love them. Don't ask how I got them so early since the exploit has been patched.

Question: With Smiley, you mentioned buying the different price values and whatnot with 6000 caps giving you 300 GB per week. So does that mean if I pay 1000 caps I get 50 GB a week, 2000 caps I get 100, ect. But what if I spend 21,000 caps to get them all? Could I potentially be getting 1,050 GB per week? And is this permanent?
NGL daily caps are kinda ridiculous i enjoy the game and want to put many hours into it to gain progress but i have a limit on how far i can progress per day no matter how many hours I put in. Someone who plays the game for 2 hours a day is going to be at the same level of progress as someone who puts 12 hours a day. Everything revolves around these daily caps. I did the math and if you wanted to get 5 pieces of strangler heart power armor it takes over 20 days if you get your 200 daily gold plus the 300 weekly from caps. It is annoying to have to stop playing the game for the day simply because my time spent equates to nothing.
It's always been good. As long as you're not an entitled gamer who expects perfection and complains if so much as one blade of grass glitches. That said, the new Wastelanders is absolutely incredible! I started 3 of my "shake and bake" characters who were already level 5 and it made enough of a difference that I was still getting a good challenge but it was just a really nice starting point. As far as the vibe goes, think New Vegas mixed with Fallout 4 and put it in 76.
If you are starving for Fallout content it will scratch your itch. When that is said it is still the weakest and most limited Fallout game to date. If you haven't already played the other games I recommend those. If you like me played them to death 76 will keep you occupied.

Okay to be fair, it was Diablo III on Torment level 3 or 4 (which was as high as I had unlocked at the time) I was playing as a Crusader, Monk, Demon Hunter and Wizard, it was like 4 AM and I was dozing off while working on getting my highest killing spree by taking advantage of like ten monster generators and just letting them swarm us. I rigged all my characters to be regenerators and do a good amount of thorn damage and every minute or so I'd just have my crusader heal everyone, same with my monk. I used to do this all the time cuz I just wanted people to play with and I didn't want anyone to feel left out cuz their character was lower level than everyone else's so I had all the characters with both genders and it just got seriously depressing when I took a step back and realized I had waited so long to have friends to play with that I had all my characters at max level and was still sitting here playing alone with four damn controllers and no friends. I stopped playing Diablo after that and shortly after started dating an abusive chick that nothing was ever good enough, which was actually really good for me cuz it helped me to develop a backbone and stand up to someone so I could finally be the one to say enough was enough and dump her (she's the one who introduced me to Fallout 4 btw, which led me to an obsession with the franchise) Two weeks later I met the love of my life and holy SHIT did I over explain all that!!! Sorry... I literally JUST woke up. Lol... Umm... Have a nice one? 😅
No, you'd be missing out on the chance to grind out gold bars that whole way. You could quest out till both sides are itching to do the last deciding quest (pick sides) and can get some free plans along that path.
if you play the game and have something to sell, and you get 1400 caps every day from vendor npc. Then I am very happy for - 6,000 because my problem with what I spend is that he can always actively give things away. So at least I spend what I need.
I like update a lot, but 45 weeks of grind because of day/weekly cap is such a low blow bullshit. I mean the cap idea is okay, but 45 goddamn weeks of everyday log in. It's not a game anymore, it's basically a full-time job. I wonder if they will introduce purchase of gold for atoms.
It's $40. Glitches and lag spikes have mostly been delt with. Some frame drops will still happen if you go into big open areas but that can be fixed if you look closer to the ground. I'd say 40 is a fair price. It's pushing it, but at least it isn't 50.

Get the perks that stop armor breaking so easily or the perk that repairs armor to 200% each time you repair. As a new Dlc armor it's bound to be expensive to fix.
For you and other if you did not get it for free dont spend 4K bullion to buy its a waste. This armor is useless. You have no mods for it so again NO MODS. You cant use mods to make the carry weight go up nothing, Its just junk. No idea what the point is to get this junk armor. Yeah it gives stealth but thats about it. I want carry wight since you get overencomberd like so fast in this game that its a must. If i cant use a mod that can at least up my carry weight then that armor is shit.
You get them whether you complete the event solo or with others. All that matters is the succesful completion of the event and having finished the main quest from the Wastelanders update.
700 is just a number. It means you have probably gotten 543 perk cards, and done some minor adjustments to your character. The point of the game is not to level up.
Farming is easy i got 560 gold and every attachment for the plamsa catser and all the attachments on the gauss pistol and both guns are unlocked i dont grind alot i play for like 3 hours and get 20 treasury notes per day and trade them in

I can only get like 90 gold a day from like 3 missions, the rest are a boring waste of time getting purified water stimpacks, crap plans I already know, ammo I can't sell that weighs me down. I'm level 106 and I'm bored with this game. 90 percent of the time I go to an event and it disappears. Every legendary I get is a worthless melee, or heavy worthless gun. A Pain in the rump is what this game is, and boring. I tried to give it a thumbs down on Steam and it would not accept my review, so I gave it a thumbs up and it accepted it. It's a conspiracy, I tell you to try to make a garbage game good. The first 100 hours of Wastelanders is good until you realize after it's over that all you are left with is boring radiant events and side missions. All this Flux and shite fack it! Oh, and half the time the vending machines are down, so what's the point?

I did the math how much gold you need to pay everything from the secret service 22,400
It will take 14 weeks of getting max gold per day (including the additional 300 per week) to unlock everything

Nah it's 300 total, if you spent 1000 to get 50, Smiley has 250 left for that week.

it's used to make the old vault raid power armor set, but I think you need to buy the PA plans for gold buillion

You can get them for free by siding with foundation though, also the serum plans are like around 22000 caps each at the Enclave vendor
