I haven't joined the program but i must say, this channel has been a huge part of my growth in the past two years. I'd always been someone who was looking to learn and grow. Having grown up with crippling (and I mean Crippling) social anxiety, I was always forcing myself outside of my comfort zone with karaoke, door-to-door sales, public speaking and more so that by the time I was about 20 I'd gotten myself to a point of just being shy instead of completely incapable to speaking to anyone new and having constant panic attacks. Then I discovered this channel a couple years ago, met a supportive girl and worked my way up at my job and now I walk into parties and bars like I'm already everyones best friend 😅 it feels great to have this much progress and I can't express enough how amazing the free content alone is from you guys!

Most of the people in my life don’t know this, but I didn’t have friends during my middle school. I was completely alone for years, and struggled to make friends even later in life because of my terrible social skills. Then I ran into this channel years ago, and it helped me become a better leader, friend and sister and aunt. I created relationships, and help so many people I can support with what I learned from you.
Your channel is a huge part of what made me who I am today, and I can’t even describe how thankful I am to you for that. Yet I still want to write you - thank you so much, because of you, I can smile ❤️

The love of my life decided to leave me, I really loved him so much I can’t stop thinking about him, I’ve tried my very best to get him back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I don't know about other people, but i'm 34 and all these inner demons and doubts i feel like i don't have them on my own, but my parents make an effort to remind me to instal these flaws to "self regulate". The feeling of not being as good as others or not deserving of something or to bash yourself is to fuel improvement as other examples... I know it's taboo to blame the parents for your weaknesses, but i trully feel that i am a "perfect" healthy human by myself before their active meddling.

    My key takeaways:
    - Reframe the question "How to stop thinking about what other people think of you?" to "How do I not let other people's opinions stop me?".
    - You should have something more important to care about. What would be your ideal life?
    - Have a set of core values, such as honesty, and promise yourself to not break them, even if it's bad for you in the short-term.
    - You are not going to like everyone. You should aim to be liked by, at most, your inner circle, but ideally just yourself.
    - Leave the validation casino. Don't rely your happiness or unhappiness on people you don't care about.
    - Other people's judgments affect you, because you think a hint of it, it's true. They can't make you feel shame, they can only trigger you to feel it. That's why you should fully accept yourself.
    - Use the best friend friend trick.
    - "You can't get where you want to go, until you accept where you are".

Andrew tate is narcist who beats women, at the beginning you explicitly say "without becoming a narcist" then use a guy who uses abusive, manipulative, and disingenuous langage and justifies it with "the matrix". the opposite of the point of the lesson, and andrews obsession with money is directly derived from his desire to be admired by everyone, the flaunts expnesive things all the time to say "hey look at me". his entire power structure is built on lying, and using major figures like petersons talking points for his advantage.

Self acceptance isn't always an easy thing, and if it was - there probably would be too much peace and not adequate progress. And often times, self-esteem; which is similar to self acceptance is meant to be a barrier to shield us from harm or danger, and is often interchangeable. But I suppose it depends on the situation.

Your point about surrounding yourself with an inner circle really resonated with me, and it touches on the ingroup bias. We often give too much weight to the opinions of those close to us, sometimes limiting our growth. I watched someone close to me go through this, holding themselves back for fear of disappointing their small group. This video is a fantastic reminder that even trusted voices shouldn't hold you back from personal evolution
