The first lawsuit in the US has been filed against AstraZeneca for its covid vaccine. Brianne Dressen, a Utah teacher, wife and mother participated in the clinical trial in 2020 after which she suffered serious adverse side effects. As a wife and mother of young children, she opted to be a guinea pig in the trial of a potentially dangerous new procedure. The results of this participation had the potential to be, and have been, catastrophic. Intelligent and admirable may not be appropriate descriptions.

FYI - her lawsuit is based on the contract she had with the testing company and AstraZeneca as they did not fulfill the requirements of said contract.

Brianne is an inspiration. Her story had me in tears. I listened to her on Dr John Campbell's You Tube channel, where she goes through exactly what happened and the pitiful amount of compensation they originally offered her. I hope she makes inroads 🙏

Brianne Dressen wanted to punish the pharmaceutical companies, doctors etc., but didn't want to punish the SC judges who enabled the drug companies. They are responsible for legalizing drugs and letting doctors to push opioid.

As long as she's not one that attacked those who refused I don't have a problem with her but she knew she was being used as an experiment while others had no idea but were forced.

I don’t understand how she can sue. She did it voluntarily. Nobody forced her to do it that doesn’t make any sense. The peoples that were forced through the mandates and the companies that they worked for, but either have to take it or lose their job and figure out some other way to support our familyor left out in the cold. She volunteered for this Clinical research and I am sure she would have had to sign a form, stating they would not be responsible because she offered to take this drug.
