Hi, I've been trying this on our UJF 3042 MKII but for some reason the foil doesn't stick to the primer as well as you show in the video. I thnik maybe the foil I'm using might not be correct for some reason. Can you tell me the kind of foil you are using in the video?

Hello. Heat Transfer Foil is what we recommend.

Can I achieve that kind of effect without primer?
Bcoz my 3042 mkii is only with White/Clear and CMYK only ?

Primer is the best option because of it's sensitivity to the range of UV curing light. It may be possible to find a similar combination with clear ink. To find the best "recipe" for your machine and environment, we recommend printing small blocks of varying clear ink density from 10-100% and testing a few prints with varying curing lamp intensities from about 30% to 60% to find the best combination for your machine and environment.

Hello we advise using a hot foil. Also, a rivet brush can also be used for a different look.
