If you say no to burning then what are you saying yes to? Because isn't the healing in the burning. Like I'm circling around that thought in my head. You're totally right on what you're saying I went through alot with my twin flame my ex husband the one I met at young age that one I married I tough it was the men of my life with the one I was gonna end my life but the relationship was extremely toxic he was so controlling on me he wanted to controlled how I dressed up,to whom I could talk,what should I have I live so many years blinded thinking that love was like that but there was a moment that I couldn't handled no more relationship turned unsupportive I knew it was time to move on before it turned to something worse I divorced couple of years ago we dont have a good relations after all but we talk when we see each other after that I realized that next time I would wanted to find a peaceful relationship with so much understanding I met someone 2 years ago he's more mature ,peaceful we have a beautiful relationship with so much understanding and we don't try to change each other we accept us as we're we have so much love to each other I even do could say we communicate telepathic in our minds it's like sometimes I'm thinking on him and at that moment thinking on message him when at that moment he messages me before we're not rushing not putting pressure on each other we plan on our future but we plan also to work on our things to improve personal things we also believe we're soulmates..

Have to disagree with you. Triggers are a sign of unloving behavior either toward yourself or the other and in the case of the twin there is no other. Learn what loving behavior is. It's not control or like you say agreeing not to trigger then. You can hold space for them yo have their feelings and work thru it.
