The reason I love this series is because he always uses simple cooking tools that I already have at home versus other cooking channels where they use fancy tools that cost hundreds of dollars

Making this tonight. I have a Sam's rotisserie chicken that needs to be used. Gonna shred it for this meal and use the bones in a pressure cooker to make broth for later. Then re pressure the bones again until they turn to mush, add old veggies that would be thrown out, run through a blender and pushed through a stainer, pip it on dehydrator trays and make doggie treats. 100% 0 waste

2 things. First, love the sauce packet idea. I did it with all of the packets we have (a small box) and organized it the same way. Works like a charm and I'm using stuff up. Second, this recipe is THE 💣💥. My husband and I ate this up. He went for seconds! Thanx for the recipe. You know your stuff!

I wouldn't put the skin in the finished dish because I don't like the texture when it's cooked with liquid, but I do keep it with my stock material where it adds a lot of flavor. My husband would love this - pot pie and tater tots - right up his alley :)

Idk if you added it in at some point but just FYI your best option is always fresh fruits or vegetables, but if those are unavailable and you're left with frozen or canned, always go with frozen. Frozen is healthier and not bogged down with preservatives and sugars.

You don’t need one, remember these sauce techniques are dependent on the other ingredients for the ratios to be equal parts so you can basically have x amount of this and just match it with x amount of that wether it’s 2 ounces of each or 10 gallons for both you just mirror the other ingredient to become equal parts
