Perfect presentation. Just one thing to add. STEMI stands for ST-eleveation miocard infarct. So it's a MI that is visible in the ECG. A Patient can have a heart attact that is not visible in the ECG. Based on his or her risk factors, symptoms, history, cardiac markerts and changes during the next 4-6 hours after the initial symptoms the doctors will perform an invasive coronariography to see if there are any oclusions and narrower parts that can be interviened with a stent of if necessary with a bypass.
Please Sir, another question. How is blood supplied to the smooth muscles found in the blood vessels??

After my heart attack, the doctors want to study my heart. I had a 100% occlusion of the left circumflex. My right posterior interventricular vein joined with the left, giving me a natural bypass. My wife is not in favor of further study. I’m curious, if it would benefit anyone else, if they were to do the study.
