First of all (-OA)dividend received(+IA) is investing activities for non financial Co.
& When question is silent.we assume that they are taking about non financial Co.

*Bro dekho jb company bonus share issue krti hai iska mtlb yeh hai ki , company ka jo profit hai vo km hojata hai , or vo convert hota hai bonus share mai. To isme sirf profit down hoke bonus share bn gya , so isme cash ka koi bhi flow nahi huaa hai. To isliye yeh , no flow hai cash ka*
