Why do you want basic terms being clarified? Instead of wasting valuable time, you can just spend your extra 10 seconds looking it up. Dictionaies, encyclopedias and so on do exist in this century. I do not need a 30-minute video explaining what the most basic terms mean! I can check this out with a simple search! Show me how it works instead!

i'm a STEM/science student for like the whole 6 years of my highschool life and my dream is to be an accountant. It means a lot that there are tutorial videos especially dedicated for ppl like me who really wants to take Accountancy despite the lack of background to it. It was very well explained compared to the other vids i have found early. I hope i could take this course and do well in it! *fingers crossed* TT
If you want to be an accountant, I don't think you can rely on TH-cam videos. In my opinion, you don't need any background either. As far as I understand, the job is straightforward, but just as a lawyer, you need to keep up with the latest regulations, practices, etc. which is something that many entrepreneurs just don't have the time to do, hence hire an accountant.

Thank you! The most helpful thing you have said is that there’s no reason for these rules. Coming from a science background, I was really hung up on WHY these rules existed and nobody could tell me… and thus I couldn’t logic my way through problems by applying underlying principles to the situation at hand (as you would in a STEM field exam). Even though it’s still a foreign concept to me to just memorize the rules and not the “why” behind them… you just pointing out that there’s no particular reason took a HUGE weight off my mind and made me feel way less stupid. I’m not sure if you said that for this reason or not, but that was so helpful to hear… thank you!
🆘That’s why as a business student I still performed very poorly in accounting…. I always kept asking why, if I couldn’t get the answer then I couldn’t move up the next stage😅
