Juvenal is a genuine threat on the road and all for Jeremy's content. He genuinely needs to take like 10 serious private driving lessons to get to a standard before doing more content, otherwise he's gonna kill someone.
In essence, there is one failing here: attitude. Neither appreciates that they are attempting to control a solid mass close to a ton in weight, moving at speed. It's all either a joke or a competition. Wouldn't want them anywhere near actual roads.
They either illegally bought their licenses, or they stopped caring for standards as soon as they passed their tests. They clearly took the mick (they're tiktokers after all), but thinking you can drive like this even for a video is extremely dangerous to public safety and they need their licenses taken away The fact they struggled to get a manual moving after years of not using one is hardly the issue here, they probably didn't pick up any serious faults there and even got the hang of it by the end, but even in their own automatic cars they probably don't know how to use roundabouts which is very concerning

They were driving terribly. It was painful to watch also i would suspend their licence and imo they have to take driving test AGAIN because they are driving dangerously. I don't want to be modest but I was driving A LOT BETTER when i was learning to drive and had 5 hours.

They got lucky. A mate of mine passed his test, he drove well for 45 minutes and passed. He still got something like 13 minors so wasn't far off failing. Within 1 week of passing his test, he'd been bought a brand new Suzuki Swift car by his parents from some inheritance money. Within 1 week of owning that car he'd "accidentally" put the car into reverse and reversed at 10mph into the parked car behind him. It wasn't right behind him either it was about 10 metres behind his car yet he still managed to reverse into it. Passing a test does NOT make you a good driver.

It's not just scuffing the alloys. You can damage the tyre sidewall (which shortens its life and can be an MOT failure), catch it on a sharp road surface and cause it to burst, or you buckle and deform the alloy wheel itself (which will likely also wreck the tyre). All of these can disable the vehicle. I once blew a tyre by catching it on a sharp corner of a curb, which for some reason was a hard right-angle and not curved like a normal one. Luckily I had a full size spare wheel, but an expensive and annoying mistake.
No insult intended but these two 'qualified' drivers need to retake their actual driving tests. They are in complete danger themselves and to others. Imagine them on the motorway.
