i wish it had the option to customize your character and home, maybe im confused on the genre but i felt that it would have added to the game. im not talking stardew valley but some more freedom would have been nice. again maybe im confused on the genre
What the absolute heck is wrong with the key binds when using the keyboard? NOBODY is talking about this, esc is for dialogue? a instead of e for equip, arrow keys instead of the usual wasd keys, I was so exasperated by the key binds I gave up streaming it before the 3 hour mark, I WANT TO LOVE THIS GAME
THIS. I'm trying *so hard* to play this game but it's deeply, deeply frustrating with how the keybinding is set up. And I can't edit them??? It made a cute little experience STRESSFUL
@@neneme4444 I can only speak for myself, but the majority of games that I've played use E for interacting, and J for journal/quest-related stuff and ESC for canceling. And I can't think of a single game that uses any other key for inventory than the I-key. Here we have D for the Witches Book and S for the inventory, wich is pretty un-intuitive (at least for me). Cancelling on X and the quick-tips on shift is fine with me, but the keybindings I mentioned earlier really put me off. Having the Z-key as primary Key of use is especially unfortunate for me, because I'm playing on a german keyboard, so Z and Y are switched for me. So I have to keep remembering to press Y everytime the game tells me to press Z, that's just frustrating and makes it neraly impossible to get into the gameplay...
since it's a CASUAL game, many people find it conveniant to play without a mouse and on the go. However I do belive that more control preferences should be added.
I think this game has a lot of potential, but the dialogue is a bit painful... It's too long and filled with so many grammatical errors. I really hope this gets fixed. Didn't finish it, but I will definitely pick it up again when the final game is released.
I agree about the dialogue. I started playing it on Game Pass and just got through the beginning. The amount of dialogue is just killing me. And it’s not that I hate to read, I’m a voracious reader, but video game dialogue is not my idea of a good read.

It's a good mix of a bit or stardew but more casual I think
I just finished the entire preview and i absolutely loved it! I can't wait to fully play this when its out!
Same here!

Well as long as more people voice their helpful critisim their game can only get better from Early Access! :D

I’m actually suprised people are not used to arrow keys and z/x/c controls. In my experience, a lot of pixel rpgs use these control.

A bit early in early access but potential!

My only complaint with this game is that the dialogues are too long, they can get really boring at times to the point that i would just skip them
the dialogue is a bit muchhhh
will this not work with a regular keyboard? On my mac I can’t make it work
The key binds are a little funny. But I was able to get them to work. Use up and down arrows to move around and use z to interact
just got it, im scared the devs might forget about it tho
Don't you think it reminds you of Atelier games?
I haven't tried those ones out, :D
I don't want to read a video game.
This game omg ❤
