SO validating. Thank you Molly. A big realization for me is how I have contorted myself to be in various relationships throughout my life. Reading the other person's energy and trying to match it. Realizing I don't even know who I am. It's like an unconscious reflex when I meet people. I know it is a survival skill from childhood, but wow. I feel like i'm stepping into my power now and saying no to that and letting go of some friendships too. I think that passive way of being in the world was also tied to toxic positivity. And I am done with all of that too. It's interesting to watch how when I am myself authentically, the fear that comes up in me about not being liked and the shaming thoughts I tell myself are profound. It is terror about the other person being angry with me. That is my deep childhood father wound.. I've always known this, but wow. Seeing & feeling it on much deeper levels and really letting it go and learning to allow myself to be me is scary. I think this is part of the reason I live alone on the side of a mountain in the forest. Although all my pisces in my chart could explain that too. I do love solitude in nature. But more will be revealed...

I’m ready to value myself more and put myself first instead of always ignoring my needs in relationships and putting my partners first. I won’t allow to be treated disrespectfully anymore. This is a long time coming and it’s been hard and I’ve forgiven it a few times this year but I cannot anymore.
