I got a new ac installed last week. It was not vaccumed though daikin had mentioned in the installation manual. Now the only solution is to get the gas removed, flush the nitrogen, vacuum the ac unit and recharge it with fresh r32 gas correct? PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!! I Ordered Panasonic 1.5 3 star AC. However while installation the installation guy did not vacuum the machine. Unfortunately he "flushed" the pipes in his words and was arguing so much on his clear fault. I stopped the installation after that. He has not run the AC yet. Sir, Recently (3 days before) I bought OGeneral 1.5 Ton Inverter AC. At the installation time the technician didn't do the vaccum. When asked about vaccum, he said I purged it, vaccum is not necessary. Today, when keeping the temperature to 26 or 24 there is no chilling. Only when I keep the temperature below 20, there is a chilling effect. I called the technician (asked to send a new one). He is also telling same. Checked the gas with guage when the unit is on Powerful Mode. It shows 140 psi. He asked me to start the AC in 18 degrees and run it for 30 minutes and then after that you can shift to 24,26 or 27. Please help!
Aapki AC ki problem solve hui? 160psi yani ki R410A gas lag rahi hai. Pressure to theek hai but agar gas ke saath pipes mein air bhi hoga to proper cooling nhi karega.

Sir sabse badi problem hai, knowledgeable technicians bahut kam hai, woh khaali wohi method follow karte jo unko aate, aap agar bologe ki oil nahi dala, yeh nahi kiya to kahenge ki uski jarrurat nahi, zada oil se compressor kharab ho jaayega yeh woh kahani batate, aap nahi manoge to chor denge kaam aur unpe trust karna hi padta, ek nahi , yeh almost 80% technicians ki kahani hai
Bhai I have uploaded a short video. Technician came today. after much insisting did vacuum single stage 24 minutes. Kept it for 10 min. But pointer never went to -30. it is there at -20. But when full gas released AC turning on suddenly small hissing sound of gas started. Technician said it's hardly 1 psi. After that. installation lg walon nhi krta bhai.. sare brands 3rd party agency se krwata hain, only IFB khood compny ke logon se installation krta hain.. baki koi brand ka compny ka installation persons nhi hota hain.
Sirji don't worry, some LG ac comes with pre charged line sets. So they don't need vacuuming. Ask LG service centre as well as customer care. They will vacuum only if there is an extension to the copper pipe or any major repairs. Else not required. Chill. If pre charged line sets then enjoy for 10 -15 years.
Sir are you sure that compressor oil also comes out with gas when disharged? What will happen if we put more unwanted oil with new gas recharge? Thanks for your answer in advance.

How much time should the vacuuming be done? Yesterday I made sure the installer came with the pump but he only vacuumed for 5 minutes. I'm really upset that even after having the info, I didn't fight to get more vacuum time 😢

I Ordered Panasonic 1.5 3 star AC. However while installation the installation guy did not vacuum the machine.
Unfortunately he "flushed" the pipes in his words and was arguing so much on his clear fault.
I stopped the installation after that. He has not run the AC yet.
My question here is can i still vacuum the AC? If yes what additional steps are there?
Or should i ask for replacement??
Take this issue with the Brand. Atleast get the gas replaced.

@@ZenInnovations I don't hear any noise, but you can do some noise filtering and compression with OBS studio to make it sound like a pro mic if you spend a couple hours playing around with the settings fine tuning it for your lapel mic.

Recently (3 days before) I bought OGeneral 1.5 Ton Inverter AC. At the installation time the technician didn't do the vaccum. When asked about vaccum, he said I purged it, vaccum is not necessary.
Today, when keeping the temperature to 26 or 24 there is no chilling. Only when I keep the temperature below 20, there is a chilling effect. I called the technician (asked to send a new one). He is also telling same.
Checked the gas with guage when the unit is on Powerful Mode. It shows 140 psi.
He asked me to start the AC in 18 degrees and run it for 30 minutes and then after that you can shift to 24,26 or 27.
Please help!

Is 160 psi is normal? In the guage it displayed 160 on powerful mode. (I typed 140 by mistake earlier)
Aapki AC ki problem solve hui? 160psi yani ki R410A gas lag rahi hai. Pressure to theek hai but agar gas ke saath pipes mein air bhi hoga to proper cooling nhi karega.

What is the issue. Also while slowly release gas checking with soap water everything is okay. But when full gas released AC turning on suddenly small hissing sound of gas started. Technician said it's hardly 1 psi. After that. When he disconnected the charging line a loud sound of gas released heard. Ac is running fine.
Just one day before i got installed Cruise 1.5 ton AC, technician told vacuum not required, so my father believed him. Can i raise complaint now to company that they again fill gas with proper vacuum procedure? Will they do it for free?

installation lg walon nhi krta bhai.. sare brands 3rd party agency se krwata hain, only IFB khood compny ke logon se installation krta hain.. baki koi brand ka compny ka installation persons nhi hota hain.
Sirji don't worry, some LG ac comes with pre charged line sets. So they don't need vacuuming. Ask LG service centre as well as customer care. They will vacuum only if there is an extension to the copper pipe or any major repairs. Else not required. Chill. If pre charged line sets then enjoy for 10 -15 years.

Oil is required only after nitrogen flushing. Excess oil will cause choking.

Gauge is more important than time. Below 500 microns is great.
Generally that should happen in 15 to 20 min.
