I bought a panasonic ac which was installed on 18/11/24. After seeing your video i made a complaint to the brand then my local service centre called me and tried to tell they can not do anything now,if anything happens in future they will take care of it. Then i give negative feedback for the call review. Then state head service centre called me after understanding the issue they agreed and changed entire r32 gas and vacuume my ac and installed again. Also i noticed a pinch in my copper cable which they replaced. Thanks to you.

Sir, Recently (3 days before) I bought OGeneral 1.5 Ton Inverter AC. At the installation time the technician didn't do the vaccum. When asked about vaccum, he said I purged it, vaccum is not necessary. Today, when keeping the temperature to 26 or 24 there is no chilling. Only when I keep the temperature below 20, there is a chilling effect. I called the technician (asked to send a new one). He is also telling same. Checked the gas with guage when the unit is on Powerful Mode. It shows 140 psi. He asked me to start the AC in 18 degrees and run it for 30 minutes and then after that you can shift to 24,26 or 27. Please help!
Aapki AC ki problem solve hui? 160psi yani ki R410A gas lag rahi hai. Pressure to theek hai but agar gas ke saath pipes mein air bhi hoga to proper cooling nhi karega.
sir we installed daikin one ton 3 star ac yesterday technician didn't do vaccuming and the service was very bad we ask the shop for replacement they are ready to replace the ODU but i ask for IDU also because the technician made lot of scratches on IDU . does IDU get any issues or only IDU get affected due to no vaccum during installation

Nice information sir, My AC may have the same issue. When installation was done, technician didn't vacuum, but that season the AC ran good but from next season, cooling was decreased to the point I could no longer feel it even though the grill temperature was fine. Sir, is this possible that when vacuum was not done at install time the AC ran good that year but from next season cooling was decreased. If this is correct, then do I need to remove the gas, vacuum it then again fill it with gas? Do I also need to check capillary and filter incase they're not in good shape due to moisture. Also do I need to check compressor pumping? Regards!

I got a new ac installed last week. It was not vaccumed though daikin had mentioned in the installation manual. Now the only solution is to get the gas removed, flush the nitrogen, vacuum the ac unit and recharge it with fresh r32 gas correct? installation lg walon nhi krta bhai.. sare brands 3rd party agency se krwata hain, only IFB khood compny ke logon se installation krta hain.. baki koi brand ka compny ka installation persons nhi hota hain.
Sirji don't worry, some LG ac comes with pre charged line sets. So they don't need vacuuming. Ask LG service centre as well as customer care. They will vacuum only if there is an extension to the copper pipe or any major repairs. Else not required. Chill. If pre charged line sets then enjoy for 10 -15 years.
How much time should the vacuuming be done? Yesterday I made sure the installer came with the pump but he only vacuumed for 5 minutes. I'm really upset that even after having the info, I didn't fight to get more vacuum time 😢

Timing does not matter much, reading should be negative.
Purging of vacuuming hoses is carried out if air is suspected.

Oil is required only after nitrogen flushing. Excess oil will cause choking.

Nice information sir, My AC may have the same issue. When installation was done, technician didn't vacuum, but that season the AC ran good but from next season, cooling was decreased to the point I could no longer feel it even though the grill temperature was fine.

If this is correct, then do I need to remove the gas, vacuum it then again fill it with gas? Do I also need to check capillary and filter incase they're not in good shape due to moisture. Also do I need to check compressor pumping?

Just one day before i got installed Cruise 1.5 ton AC, technician told vacuum not required, so my father believed him. Can i raise complaint now to company that they again fill gas with proper vacuum procedure? Will they do it for free?

Sir while installing my bluestar 1,5 ton ac , technician was reluctant to run vacuum but eventually did after we pressurized him , but he took maybe 5 mins to run the vacuum machine and showed us a reading of -30 , is it okay? Will only 5 mins be adequate?

They're misleading you. They just don't want to do it and maybe don't have the vacuum pump.
I always used to ask the technician why he does the vaccum, why does he remove remaining gas which if not vaccumed might save gas cost. Hope this video clarifies my longterm question.

I got a new ac installed last week. It was not vaccumed though daikin had mentioned in the installation manual. Now the only solution is to get the gas removed, flush the nitrogen, vacuum the ac unit and recharge it with fresh r32 gas correct? Can you pls share the details of the vacuum process so that I don't get fooled by the ac technician this time.

installation lg walon nhi krta bhai.. sare brands 3rd party agency se krwata hain, only IFB khood compny ke logon se installation krta hain.. baki koi brand ka compny ka installation persons nhi hota hain.
Sirji don't worry, some LG ac comes with pre charged line sets. So they don't need vacuuming. Ask LG service centre as well as customer care. They will vacuum only if there is an extension to the copper pipe or any major repairs. Else not required. Chill. If pre charged line sets then enjoy for 10 -15 years.

Gauge is more important than time. Below 500 microns is great.
Generally that should happen in 15 to 20 min.

To kya ye AC cooling me effect karega? Techniciao bola koi problem nai hai. Pressure bilkul sahi hai 160 bata ra hai. Abhi outdoor temp 44° C h to itna hi cooling rahega. Aur mera 1.5 ton 5 star daikin AC Raat ko bhi desired temp 18° C nai pahunch paa ra hai. Raat bhar chalta hai tab 24° tak pahunch ra hai. Dipahar mein to 29-30° hi rehta hai uss se niche nai jaara hai. Kya karun? Room size 192 sqft. Ceiling par direct light aati hai but not over any wall
