- Our videographer Briann gets her first lift and set of 33" tires on her JK! This is a great beginner lift for someone looking to up their tire size without a complex and large lift. And it is a quick and easy install.

I just installed this leveling kit and found the exact same take-offs. I’ll be adding 1.75 wheel spacers as well. Perfect for my budget build
Nice job looks great
Thanks 👍
Nice!
Nice job
Good for you young lady no dash full of DUCKS your a real jeeper!!🤣🤣
nice!
AMAZING GIRL...!
Nice job 👍🇵🇷
Thanks! 😃
Great video!!!! I'd bring my jeep to you
Call in, get an appointment, we'll be happy to help you out.
Would be real nice to see what a 3" lift on a JK install would be like and compare to the Teraflex. Could also help me decide what bypass shocks to get.
We're doing a 3" JK lift soon!
@@northridgenation That's cool!
Great job and video and IMO your Jeep looks nicer than that gladiator.
Thanks 👍
Is a wheel alignment needed after a leveling kit is installed?
You don't need a full alignment. You may need to adjust the draglink to re-center the steering wheel depending on the amount of lift you got.
This video is for a JL/JT, the JK is similar: th-cam.com/video/vVVtAqL7xi0/w-d-xo.html
No eye protection? are Gladiator wheels safe to use with a JK? even though they fit I was the understanding that is not a recommended setup .....
We've put many miles on them this way without any issues.
On the JL/JT wheel, the lug nut seats have a larger bore, so they will sit down deeper. Just make sure that you lug nut will seat correctly.
I assume those are stock wheels with stock backspacing? I ask as I intend to install a teraflex leveling kit on my 2016 JKU and use the stock wheels to install BFG KO2's in 285/70/17 and wanna make sure I'll have room w/o spacers or new wheels with more backspacing which would run me upwards of $600 for 5 new wheels and more if I get new sensors! Thoughts?
Those are stock JT Gladiator Rubicon wheels. We haven't seen any issues with that set-up in the few months Breann has been running them.
@@northridgenation Thanks Guys! Much appreciated!
Thats awesome! :) I'm between this or Rough Country 2.5" Suspension Lift Kit for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited JK - 635,Series 2. Can't make my mind! I'm running 33's just like you. Also... Did you remove the Air Dam for good? did you notice any difference?
Yes, we removed the air dam and didn't notice any difference. If you are going to go off road, remove it before nature does.
Are those tires 285/70r17?
Im wondering too
Does this help prevent rubbing with this size tire?
Correct. Briann had no tire rubbing with those stock JT Rubicon 285/70R17s.
Looks Good but its expensive investment for propper looks etc
Price for new tires plus lift kit
I v give up 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
How do I win a date with her?
