Cisco controller cli configuration and AP joining issue

Is their any other option with out puty configuration to troubleshoot joining problems

yes, you can do that via GUI also but cli has broad option for trouble shoot and identify. you can also find in logs

As i understand, you are not getting an IP address for your host device ? Where does your DHCP server reside it's on wlan or over L3 switches.
