even with all the motherships buffs I still don't get why players build it so often when every time it appears, it just dies to a corruptors/vikings salvo
Takea too long to make and dies too fast
Would make sense if it was more tanky
It has strong utilities that can't be compensated with anything else. Remember, the mothership isn't some trump card or a capital ship, it's just a fat ass spellcaster
I dont think there can be a unit that is balanced and can tank the shots of a whole army for some seconds. Its still a 800 hp unit....Thats a fucking lot. It dies so fast, bcs its targeted by tens and tens supply worth of damage
It is a flying tank. The spells are a bonus

Hero skirmishing by F2ing his entire army onto Maru's army then immediately backing off was amazing to watch.

The observer for the last fight seems inexperienced. Unnecessary zooming in, not focusing on the viking shots. Is it really that difficult?

the game is being very fun and nice since 2022, good work, the mothership NEED always needed since alpha a hp buff is easy in pro scene snipe her, but I don't understand why they don't take care of her

Here his first attack was demolished: Raven locked both colossi and the ghost EMP cancelled all century and templar abilities which are critical

Here the Carriers might look amazing but they're useless when you're severely down on Templars, Archons, Centuries etc.
Not to mention that Carriers are super slow and great when you have the army advantage but in this situation the only hope he had was to out maneuver him and Carriers don't help there.
Hero playing like Serral
His other two wins showcases how Serral plays which is to chip away at the army and slowly destroy bases without overcommitting.
MOBILITY, ECONOMY & CREATIVITY wins PROTOSS DEATH BALL gets punished by EMPs.

These games always make me feel like emp is a bit too good against protoss... Like blanking the army for thousands of damage AND removing the energy without intentionally needing to, just feels a little bit too good
it punishes the deathball, think about the whole map as your battleground not just where your deathball happens to be
nova is too good. storm is too good. etc etc. It's fairly balanced. It's already been nerfed fairly recently.

I disagree, I think especially the the woman is a great commentator
most people disagree with you, And what's the point of leaving this type of innately negative and U constructive comment here anyway - do you actually think anybody remotely cares what you think of casters voice¿. Only someone who hasn't paid any attention to the scene and doesn't belong to the community would say this. These two people have been around forever and a day casting, giving us some of the best commentary we've ever had..
