    Man, Chris, I felt threatened at that opening scowl footage and thought I might be in danger. Then Tony's smile showed me that all was well with the world! Tough looking crew- especially the 2nd degree black belt...

    Lovely job. I don't get many trees but I have 2 builders who have done 5 houses between then (one is an old British farmhouse) and they are letting me have all the left over and ripped out wood/timbers/joists/floorboards/untreated hardwood garden sleepers etc. 5 trailer loads so far and still counting. Lots of timber for construction projects on the Farm and lots of firewood too! It's such simple things but brings me joy! I am going to need to set up a larger wood store. Ha ha.

Finally, Irene was also impressed with the last load of brush ya dumped as it was a spitting image of her meatloaf!, ( You get 3 pounds of ground chuck into a meatloaf pan mister!, then again I do spend a inordinate amount of time “in the office” the next day finishin that paper work let me tell ya!!!!) ok off to trim the peonies down, they ain’t blooming again and I’m mowin that mess today!!!!

      @waynetharp my uncle was very pleased with job when we were done. He asked us to cut down the 2 scraggly pines and he said he would clean them up during the week. We cleaned them up right away while we were there. I grind my chains more like a square grind with my own modifications that I have found to work best. We also talked about doing a video sometime of new chain and my grind comparison.

    • @waynetharp
      @waynetharp ปีที่แล้ว

      @bertbrei2950 Ground chains are great if you have clean wood. They don't do so well in dirt. I cut in alot of low land /creek bottoms and the sand/loom that washes up into the bark during floods will dull a ground chain real fast.

    • @jeanvaljohn3921

    So now we know at least part of what Supermen eat! - I question the very tall stumps. Could be hazardous for ordinary mortals! - Every dang time I cut into brush, I mess up the chain!! Seems like there ought to be something made for reducing brush into something more useful, say like sawdust, or chips!! I wonder if the rental shops have ever heard of anything like that? If it exists, they'd prob know about it! - Good job guys!

      Tennis Ball with an Eye bolt trough it.
      I used it for stringing Cabling across inaccessible areas of Ceilings and Truss work of Buildings.
      I could either throw it or slip the long end of the Eye bolt into my Push poles, Reach out or over head about 10+ feet and drop it over a Conduit, Pipe, Duct work Etc. Worked for Trees too..
