How much chocolate did you use and how much cream
I could eat the almond paste plain
Please could you tell us how many chocolat we put you saying 50% of cream and 50% of chocolat but how much we put?

8 ounces Almond paste
2.5 sticks of Butter
4 Eggs seperated
1 cup of Sugar
2 cups of Flour
1 teaspoon Almond extract
What size are the cake pans?
8 or 9 inch?

Where can I find almond paste. Can only find it in a tube that requires multiple tubes. I’ve tried Italian groceries but no luck.
Usually I see it in the baking aisle of any supermarket. If not, try amazon.
Or a bakery a lot of times they’ll sell you almond paste if you ask.
