The breeder has bred for small size, poor puppies suffer because they tend to be sickly and die young...Awful breeders and there is no such thing as a teacup or micro pup!!!
Please don't capture puppy or pets in home because if someone capture you and provides you all safity like clothes,good behaviour,and even toys , the things that you need . But you fell sad for your wisdom. So ,it's ok if you will provide wisdom also but then pets dosen fell good
