I would like to take this chance to correct what I said about Nobukatsu. Basically, when much of the Oda clan opposed Nobunaga leading them, Nobukatsu decided to gather them up and have them lose on purpose to make his sister look good. He was confident she would win and succeed the clan without opposition going forward. The ultimate sister simp.
I was sooo confused cause the sister and brother look so similar I couldn’t tell which was the sister and which was the brother, still, i thought the armor and machines that were added to some servant was the result of the remains of the olympian gods machines drifting to japan, and then some Japanese reusing them,
Unfortunately, it wasn't *just* the technology that the Meiji government had Japan adopt in order to save itself from being conquered by the western powers; westerners *also* used treatises that *favored* them by doing things like making Japan tariff *dependent* on the western powers and, even *worse* , enforced something called *extraterritoriality* , which meant that if a foreigner committed a crime in *Japanese* society, those foreigners could *only* be arrested and tried by their *own* country's embassy. And the *bullshit* reason westerners *insisted* on that shit, because Japan was "insufficiently civilized"; unfortunately, *because* the west had the superior *military* power at the time, if they wanted to be *able* to renegotiate the treatises to be *fair* to Japan, the Meiji government had no choice but to *force* the *western* idea of "being civilized" onto the Japanese people, including the *Christian* taboos against nudity and sex, both of which were viewed *positively* in not *just* Japan, but basically the entire *rest* of the world *before* the Christian west *forced their* taboos against them onto everyone else.
With that admitted *rant* outta the way, I added a lot of anime to the My Stuff section on Hulu, and I started watching one from the 00s titled *Witchblade* , and lemme tell you, it's quite a bit *different* than anything I'd seen before, and was very different from what I was *expecting* too.
PS: Since I'm still not overly familiar with Fate lore (my mind gets *boggled* every time I try to process it), other than the female ones that bare their midriffs, I'm not *sure* which Nobunaga's my favorite.
PPS: You might wanna look at the cinematic trailer for a game on Steam titled "Tainted Grail: the Fall of Avalon"; even if you're not interested in getting the game yourself, it *does* in fact present an interesting concept for a bit of Fate Lore surrounding the Arthurian Legend.
Gudaco is evil. It's funny how she's portrayed as narcissistic and sociopathic compared to male Fujimaru
One missed opportunity was giving the protagonist a samurai armor mystic code for the gudaguda events
Or a daimyo one.
@@miguelybarra5126 agreed
The Gudaguda event is by far the most funniest one for me in all of FGO
One thing to note about Maxwell's demon:
His abilities only actually work if you summon him in a time period before the thought experiment was disproven
If he get summoned in a time period after it got disproven then he's basically powerless
Loving this video. The GUDA GUDA events are fun but it also has SUPER interesting Japanese history. Thanks Dai!
Edit: And Avenger Nobu is clearly the best one imo lol
Ahhhh the nobus! Every man for himself! Great work with the lore dai! Keep it up
I like the original Nobu, mostly because I am following Fate/Type Redline and she is so beautiful.
And a freaking menace, she might have a chance of getting into the roundtable of B.A.F, if the manga gets an animation adaptation
Not a fan of the Guda Guda events but they definitely churn out some great servants. Avenger Nobu is probably my fav but swimsuit Okita alter is my strongest. Still can't believe I somehow managed to pull her up to NP5
Out of all the Events on FGO, Guda Guda events are where I have to pause and process what the actual fudge is happening while also making sure my coffee wasnt spiked with anything and thats a feat considering I've only been through 3 Guda Gudas ever since I started around 2 years ago.
nobukatsu was not pressured into rebelling against nobunaga nobukatsu gathered all retainers who were not loyal to nobunaga and rebelled against nobunaga and lost on purpose so that all unloyal retainers will be killed so that nobunaga could become the next head of Clan with only loyal retainers. and the reason that the retainers did not want Nobunaga as the new head of the clan is because the retainers thought that Nobunaga was incompetent and thought that Nobukatsu was a better Leiden than Nobunaga not because she was a woman. you can read nobukatsu past in Koha-Ace Special 2019 Winter edition by Keikenchi and there are many more Koha-Ace Special focusing on more characters of gudaguda cast like Ryōma Izō Chacha nobunaga Ranmaru and many more characters
I do admit I screwed that up. I wrote Nobukatsu's portion before taking into account the added stuff from Yamataikoku.

You forgot to mention one of the most famous ronin during that time: Kenshin Himura.
Last time I was so early, everybody was thinking Oda would finish the unification and a dynasty of Oda would reign over Japan.
Last time I was so early people were still thinking of Tsukihime and Stay Night/Hollow Ataraxia characters when thinking of the GUDAGUDA/Koha ACE cast's masters.
I loved when the Stay Night va's voiced mini nobus even having a nobu version of the Unlimited Blade Works chant
Finally i been wanting a gudaguda video but couldn't afford to request one
I'd love to make chibi Nobus an official fate merch as plushies.
Thx for the compilation. I actually started playing FGO EN ver. because of your videos, I just finished up 1st Lostbelt today. I'm a bit pissed that I can't participate in the current GUDAGUDA, even thou I got a 5* servant from the banner. I hope there will be a re-run soon after, as I want to get a CE - "Geisha Dancing Like a Flower".
Okita really called her alter a Palette Swap before telling her to get away from her master.
She's territorial lol
I don't care for Nobunaga, but I LOVE Okita and Okita Alter! I have OG Okita at lvl 120, NP5, 2K 2K Fou'd, and all skills/append skills maxed. She will soon be at bond lvl 15 as well.
Yay!! Super glad to see a new video! This will be a GUDAGUDA time!
Sooo.. the GUGDAGUDA tumeline basically said: FUCK IT WE BALL!!!
Chapter 1: Observer at the Timeless Temple
Chapter 2: Epic of Remnant
Chapter 3: Cosmos in the Lostbelt
Chapter 4: Ordeal Call
thanks for letting me listen to this WONDERGUL lore video............. as I farm the current GUDA events' nodes xD
I can't decide of my favorite Nobu is Nobunaga the Rock'n Roll or the standard Nobu.
3:22 Yamatai koku is not before the common era (that would be BCE) Himiko is from the 200s CE. She diplomatically (through emissaries) interacted with the state of Wei in the Three kingdoms period and was in 238 CE (= 238 AD) called a "Queen of Wa, friend of Wei" by emperor Yuanzhong (= Cao Rui, the grandson of Cao Cao; also fun fact: when he died a year later he made Sima Yi and Cao Shuang the regents for his adopted 6 years old son). Himiko died ca. 248 some time after she complained about after the conflict with the neighboring state of Kuna (yes, the same that plays such a big role Shin Yamatai-koku -The Man Who Returned from Hell) to her Chinese friends.
I got confused by the Yayoi period as a whole.
@@otakudaikun Yeah, the Yayoi Period spans time BCE and CE. It's end is usually placed around 300 CE, but since this is a rough period incorporating various local cultures over a long time - much like the term Bronze Age or stuff like "Late Antiquity" - it is just transitioning to the followings Kofun period. That is reason why Haniwa (those hollow clay structures) make sense in Himiko's time despite the fact that they are typically associated with the Kofun period (also Kofun means burial mound and some scientists think the Hashihaka kofun near Nara might in fact be Himiko's graveside).
Things get even more confusing if one considers the traditional dating of the foundation of the Yamato kingdom (the polity that Yamato Takeru is from and that the Japanese Imperial family is tied to) in Japanese texts before that time, at 660 BCE (with Takeru himself supposedly having live around the year 100 CE), but all archaeological evidence for Yamato is from the Kofun Period after Himiko (4th century CE or a little before to 7th century CE in historical times of the Asuka Period where the terms Yamato and king phased out to be replaced by Emperor and Nihon/Japan, a process that was just finishing up when Hieda no Are helped in composing the Kojiki).
(This is similar to the traditional dating of the Ramayana being long before Rama's kingdom of Kosala was historically established in ca. 600 BCE whereas by Yuga cycle dating and ancient traditions it takes place ca. 5000 BCE.)
@@jkosch I know that. Literally just misread a sentence while writing my script. I wish TH-cam would let me swap out the audio.
That is some truely messed up lore but then that's what makes it so fun and it only get weirder each yearly lol. Demon King Nobu is best Nobu.
7:18 this is sorta the story from Gintama if you noticed it too
Demon king Nobu is best nobu
IT'S ABOUT TIME WE DID THE SEASONAL EVENTS

several months ago i read the first few chapters of Red Line which had been translated but havent seen any updates since
I read something about limited time event servants being summonable at a later date can anyone confirm that?
Nice video ❤🎉
29:30 she came back for the mana transfer
My favorite event of the game, Nobu is my favorite servant.
I have read redline but I had pretty much no idea about gudaguda
What’s your favorite Nobu? Is it Nobu, Nobu ,we can’t forget about Nobu.

Demon king Nobu 100% God damn
Gudaguda, Summer, Santa, Halloween, and world saving are the only constants on FGO
Even though it was patreon sponsored (cheers to that guy), thanks a bunch for the video Dai. I recall that in another video that you mentioned that the Gudaguda events weren't your preferred events, so making these videos probably took a little more effort than usual.
A lot more lol. It derailed my entire production schedule.
@@otakudaikun ouch, more reason to appreciate the video. Thanks a bunch!
otakudaikun will you be making a video about all the anime you seen this year at the end of the year
Maybe.
11:27 wait which is the best evil one again
This is cool post Thanksgiving surprise. Can’t wait for part 2.
My favorite Nobu is probably Summer.
Take a good rest some one can only take so many nobus
NOBUUUUUUUUUI!! NOBUUUUUUU!

Demon King Nobu, all the others combined into 1.
Orio sounds like an imugi a snake that tries to become a dragon
And thus begins the greatest ship in fgo.
Hope your having a *gudaguda* day!
This video is GoodGood 😅
Can you make a video of Fate/Redline?
Perhaps when more of it is out. Not sure what I can say now other than it's cool.
So ya finally bit the bullet eh?
Money talks lol
