- Twenty people, including Filipinos, are in intensive care in Bangkok hospitals after a Singapore Airlines flight encountered severe turbulence.

This is the reason I don't unfasten my seatbelt. You never know when an air turbulence happens.
Pray everyday bec unexpected things may happen w/o warnings.

Asian ladies always get up in the flight especially when seat belt sign is just turned on, it is just the time for them to go to the bathroom. During the flight keep sited and have seat belt on and you will not be injured. Especially if you are older short lady. There is plenty of spade for you to get signification acceleration, and sudden stop when your head contacts the ceiling.

Sana i can talk to a Filipino pilot, na matulongan ako with my aerophobia, or extreme fear of flying. Kasi hindi na ako maka travel because of this. Anyone maka suggest na pwede ko ma chat na pilot?? Thank u.

Philippine dishes were created by mother's creativeness. Not for business but for own use. That is way there are different versions in one recipe. I love the simplest breakfast that made me eat more! Friend eggplant(whole so that oil will not penetrate inside). Paired with fried smoked fish like bangus or mackerel type, with dipping sauce - combine soy sauce, lime or calamansi juice, garlic and onion minced, chillies, honey or sugar a bit only to balance saltiness and sourness. Side dish is consist of sliced tomatoes and cucumber with onion rings. Paired with white rice or fried rice with garlic.
